If you do not know this simple fact, why should anyone believe what you have to say. Educate yourself.
The fact is that about 80% of people who develop every medical condition from diabetes to epilepsy to allergies to having a cardiac arrest, or gastrointestinal problems etc have had a vaccination at some time because about 80% of people are vaccinated. That’s very obvious and simple. This does not translate to a conclusion that there is an 80% chance that all of these conditions are caused by vaccinations, does it?
But in America in particular, everyone has the right to sue a vaccine or drug manufacturer if they believe there is a connection between their unfortunate medical condition and the vaccine or drug. So every drug or vaccine manufacturer will have a few hundred law suits lodged against them as a matter of course.
Just as people are often advised by their lawyers to just plead guilty and pay the small fine for misdemeanours instead of defending the charge, avoiding a hefty legal defence bill, drug companies will often settle lots of cases both in and out of court so as not to bother with the expense of protracted and complex defences. This is clearly not proof or evidence in any way that the drug or vaccine caused the condition.
When the evidence based independent and respected research shows clearly (as they do) that
in general, vaccines have an extremely favourable risk benefit ratio, some restrictions have been placed on the ability of claimants to make endless frivolous and unjustified claims. This protects the drug companies to the extent that they can afford to continue to discover new and exciting ways to save lives and improve the quality and longevity of our lives as they have been doing.
I see this as a perfectly reasonable, logical and acceptable position for a community to accept.
