Donald Trump Spotted in NYC on Memorial Day Weekend

Trump greeted with Loud Cheers from supporters

BECKER NEWS

Former President Donald J. Trump arrived in New York City on Memorial Day weekend and was greeted with loud cheers from supporters.

The 45th president raised a fist in solidarity with his supporters, who are backing him as he has faced legal issues in the city where he formerly resided.

Reportedly, Donald Trump is moving his headquarters from Mar-a-Lago back to Bedminster, New Jersey as the 2024 presidential campaign season begins to heat up.

Former President Donald Trump took to his Truth Social platform to deliver a passionate, yet controversial, message about Memorial Day.

In his attention-grabbing, all-caps tirade on Monday morning, the 76-year-old former president implored Americans to fight against the “terrorists, misfits, and lunatic thugs” who he said were trying to destroy the nation.

“BUT ESPECIALLY TO THOSE WHO GAVE THE ULTIMATE SACRIFICE FOR THE COUNTRY THEY LOVE, AND TO THOSE IN LINE OF A VERY DIFFERENT, BUT EQUALLY DANGEROUS FIRE, STOPPING THE THREATS OF THE TERRORISTS, MISFITS AND LUNATIC THUGS WHO ARE WORKING FEVERISHLY FROM WITHIN TO OVERTURN AND DESTROY OUR ONCE GREAT COUNTRY, WHICH HAS NEVER BEEN IN GREATER PERIL THAN IT IS RIGHT NOW,” he wrote in caps.

“WE MUST STOP THE COMMUNISTS, MARXISTS AND FASCIST ‘PIGS’ AT EVERY TURN AND, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” he declared.

In a remote appearance before a New York City courtroom on Tuesday, former President Donald Trump had received a stern warning from Judge Juan Merchen regarding the sharing of evidence pertaining to his 34-count criminal indictment. The trial date was set for March 25, 2024, coinciding with the Republican Party presidential primaries. During the hearing, Judge Merchen cautioned Trump against disclosing any evidence received by his legal team during the discovery process.

From his residence at Mar-a-Lago in Florida, Trump appeared on video wearing a navy suit, his arms crossed. He spoke briefly only to confirm receipt of the protective order, responding, “Yes, I do.”

Judge Merchen’s order explicitly prohibits Trump from publicly disclosing information on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Truth Social, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter, Snapchat, or YouTube, without prior approval from the court.

The order prevents Trump from sharing any documents or evidence provided by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg to his attorneys, unless such materials are already public. Trump’s legal team expressed opposition to the protective order in a filing on May 1, arguing that it would impose an unprecedented and overly broad restriction on a leading presidential candidate.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
