Ever Heard of STTR 2015 ???
It is the “Surface Transportation Reauthorization & Reform Act of 2015”
What does that have to do with the return of the Baylonian Captivity which enslaves every US Citizen and all of your children and their childrens’ children ???

First let’s go back a few years and catch up on some “small” details which have lead to today’s announcement … look to a few years ago when the TSA required all US citizens to have return flights booked OR YOU WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BOARD AN AIRPLANE to leave the country. Step one of the NEW BABYLONIAN CAPTIVITY.

Next the Obama term IRS mandate called for all banks in foreign countries to report US citizen holdings, causing foreign banks to react and close US Citizen bank accounts (both personal and business) for fear of reprisals from the IRS. The IMF World Bank Collection agency of the USA is stationed in Puerto Rico where it enjoys tax free status, since it is not a federal agency.

In 2015 the US reported that 2300 citizens had relinquished their US Citizenship in the prior year. However, I have a personal contact who helps people in this process and he said the real number was about 55,000… far more left the country without any official “resignation.” The USA is the only country in the world that taxes its citizens in foreign countries.

The Final Straw is about to hit the wind…
Coming from the back pages of a bill earmarked “surface transportation” … SECTION 32101 of the STRR 2015 bill …
When you read the alleged purpose of the “STRR” bill (Appendix I below) you would never suspect that this bill holds the key to your eternal enslavement. I will take you to the most nepharius enslaving pieces of legislation that you have ever seen … at the back of the bill hidden from anyone’s eyes.

SECTION 32101 is meant to enslave every american both here and abroad.

They first pass a law that seems innocent on the cover (trying to collect “back taxes”) … section 32101 says that if you owe more that $50,000 in taxes you will have your passport revoked OR if you are in a foreign country you will be allowed a “return home passport” ONLY. If you apply for a regular passport you will not be issued one.

NOW most of you would say you do not owe any back taxes … HERE IS WHERE YOU ARE ALL WRONG … YOU ALL OWE AT LEAST $250,000 or more, based on your “fair share” of the current National Debt. They did it in Greece and many other countries. They called in the “National Debt” and took all of the money, in all of the banks, leaving the population penny-less.

The UN Clock is ticking
A UN resolution now on the books in the USA is set to do just that… call in the “National Debt.” When you hear anyone say “we should balance the federal budget” that is what they are talking about. It pays off the war debts and loans taken out to operate the illegal corporation that is operating as your “federal government.”

No number no travel
You no longer can get a passport without a social security number, whereas before you could by declaration and proof of citizenship. Not a big problem for most… but this means if you refuse to get a social security number you are not american enough to travel to a foreign country.
You are a PRISONER of the IRS confined to the boundaries of the USA.
YES … SECTION 32101 IS YOUR ENTRANCE INTO THE NEW BABYLONIAN CAPTIVITY because you will never be able to pay your debt.
