Greg McKay has now been the Director of Arizona DCS for one year and has seriously failed the children and families of Arizona.
His agenda to grow Arizona into a Nazi like state is terrifying and many were there when McKay presented his ideas to the legislators that indeed he wanted a national data base for all CPS cases. That was and is his long term goal. The Arizona system is set to be updated in 2018, the question is will it be a national data base and was Patrick Soon Chung (the very same Billionaire doctor researcherand web designer who is involved with Phoenix Children’s Hospital and TGen) involved with this project from the start?
Quite simply put the national data base is a witch hunt. We have seen many mothers go out of state to give birth to their babies only to be ripped from their loving arms!!! Arizona pre-flagged those mothers in those hospitals data bases and after giving birth Arizona then grabbed those babies and brought them back to this cursed state like “products” only to be “processed” and adopted out for federal funding. Babies are taken away at one day old (without a chance to go to relatives) and in many of these cases the parents aren’t abusive, the babies are born healthy and that is why the parents traveled to another state in order to save and keep their children from this “new regime.”
The America that people think exists is gone!
As the statues are written here in Arizona if you have had a dependency case that was opened within the last 18 months CPS is allowed to come in and take your other children away. If you have a prior call, look out! McKay states they do not need a warrant or judges order here in Arizona and that the case worker and manager are the decision makers now.
Under McKay’s reign he has proposed more damage than you can imagine.
Here is another example of what McKay convinced the legislators to pass.
That a background check must be done on all individuals before a child may return home. Sounds reasonable right? To be clear this is after a child has been removed from their home in the state of Arizona.
Here in lies the problem: DCS is putting many of the parents on the central registry at the time removal. Therefore any subsequent background check would find those parents names listed on the registry and prevent reunification. This is all done illegally without a hearing and without proper due process. Being placed on the registry affects a parent in a variety of ways. It can affect their employment, where they reside and now would prevent their child from returning home.
Mr. McKay “How can a child return home to their parents if their parents are on the central registry with that new law in place?” You have now set the parents up for failure! Your plan was never family reunification in has always been removal and adoption for federal funding!
Under McKay’s regime millions of dollars have been unaccounted for, there has been no accountability, more children have been removed than ever before, children have died under the states care, their have been lawsuits and the increase in children being abused while under the states care has risen. Children will continue to be taken at an alarming rate, families will not be reunited, and the system will remain in complete disarray.
McKay Causes Decay For Arizonans, Any Questions?
In the video above McKay claims the number of children being taken are going down but his reports to the Governor and Federal Government show more kids are being taken than ever. In addition, he states they are not being returned like they used to be. *Arizona is now the national leader in adoptions which brings in federal money to the state! His statement and the numbers are just not adding up.
