Given the scope and scale of the charges in this case, it’s as if this case is meant to function in a similar way to the seminal work that Reiner Fuellmich did way back. To put it another way: many groups of vaccine plaintiffs could have banded together in a variety of countries and come up with a case making such blockbuster, far-reaching claims by now. Instead, this is the one-shot against these people, produced in the Netherlands, a key cabal stronghold.

In Netherlands Bioweapon and Genocide Court Case Against Bill Gates, Albert Bourla, et al, Court Denies Potential Expert Witness Testimony
Case Asserts MRNA Bioweapons and Genocide
A Netherlands Court just denied potential expert witness testimony in a civil case against Bill Gates, Albert Bourla, and others. The case on behalf of several victims asserts that COVID/MRNA injections are bioweapons in violation of existing law and that genocide laws have been violated as well.

The potential expert witnesses in the case were: Catherine Austin Fitts,Dr. Michael Yeadon, Sasha Latypova, Katherine Watt, and Dr. Joseph Sansone.
I had arranged for Dr. Francis Boyle, the law professor that drafted the Biological Weapons and Antiterrorism Act of 1989 to testify. Unfortunately, he died on Jan 30th, 2025. Dr. Boyle’s affidavit in my case states that mRNA injections are bioweapons. As far as I know, outside of myself and the attorneys, nobody knew Dr. Boyle was set to testify in the Netherlands case at the time.
The case is moving forward. The decision denying the expert witnesses will be appealed. Lead Attorney in the case, Peter Stassen, stated, “This blundering ruling by this court of first instance will be appealed to the Court of Appeal in Leeuwarden.”.
Stassen also stated, “further evidence will be introduced in the substantive proceedings in the foreseeable future. This evidence Page 3 van 3 20 August 2025 makes it abundantly clear that the Covid-19 mRNA injections qualify as a bioweapon used to commit genocide.”
