LEARN 2 UNLEARN: Return to Health (E38) – Dealing With It
WATCH SHOW BELOW INTRO ARTICLE
Your Host: Luca Majno
Today’s episode starts with a bit of a somber mode, a difficult week, a harder show than most, simply due to the difficulties experienced this week, that I will attempt to share…
And I am glad to be able to show harder things vs being fake or not mentioning the darker areas of Healing that are more present than not, this week… As I explain in the video below, first off, what I need to share is:
The Lack of Sleep ~ Being woken up every two hours, literally by the clock, is really doing a number on me more and more… I feel this, because I see a progression of ‘being tired’ and needing a ‘nap’ in the afternoon around the same time every day, which never occurred before… That, on top of the blood loss, and the subsequent cleaning and most times continued bleeding in the sink, which can be traumatic at best… every two hours during the night…
Standing at the sink, sometimes for a good ten minutes, 3 to 4 times during the night can really take a toll on you… And I found out something else that I could share with you, something I hadn’t seen until now…
Before cleaning the cabinets under the sink, as I looked more closely than usual, I was attracted to two stains, one on each door… and then I smiled and shook my head…
When I realized what it was… Most times, you’re half asleep when you get to the bathroom, do what you have to do, and then have to stand for that long, hoping the bleeding will subside… Well, those are the marks that my knees made, trying to hold on to something, to get a firm hold on keeping standing for that long…
Lack of Exercise is another factor I need to address this week… Lack, I presume, of muscle mass, and plain and simple ‘energy loss’, combined with needing to stay put, laying back in the Lazy-Boy, preferably, so when I go for a walk, it feels like three walks now, because of the ‘time off’ from exercising, which gently reminds me to get more active… now.
Suddenly, the last half of the video goes POSITIVE… 😊 as I first of all try to explain how I am having difficulty accepting this ‘new lifestyle’, this ‘way of life’ that I have to follow, but, that being said, I feel so GRATEFUL for my life and ‘having’ two feet to walk on, and not complain about my shoes… So everything does balance itself out in the end, and I like that.
Can you imagine this series if I had taken the ‘CHEMO AND RADIATION’??
It is all ‘A Matter of Choice’ really… The Sacred Choice of accepting F. E. A. R. as we see it… Every day is a new chance for each of us to do Good or Serve the Self. A Beautiful Native American Prayer from the Ute Tribe helps me get focused on Giving Thanks…
Watch this informative presentation …
And that is where we leave it this week… Always ending on a positive note, but speaking honestly about the not-so-positive as well…
See you next week!

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
