LEARN 2 UNLEARN: Return to Health (E43) – Learning to Rest
Your Host: Luca Majno
Welcome back to my series on Returning to Health, where we chronicle events and changes that will be occurring in my Healing process…
This week, I am tackling the difficult task of explaining what it is like to feel like a deflated tire, and yes, to roll with it ~ and that it is OK ~
Some days have been very hard on my, feeling like you just cannot move, you just want to lay back and close your eyes… and it can be scary at the best of times, when you ask yourself “What the heck is going on?”
Then there’s that joke about Wayne Dyer jumping a four foot high fence relates to me, being 62 years old ~ and his wife yelling at him “You can’t DO THAT anymore at your age!!” where I feel so energetic and full of LIFE that I tend to overdue it…
There’s my Grandmother again, I hear her say “Balance.”
On today’s show, these topics are spoken of, in detail in the video… among others.
RESTING ~ how scary it is ~ not knowing why ~ needing to rest ~ because my body is fighting this thing and needs all the energy possible to fight it ~
SPASMS ~ continuing, sometimes much stronger than other times ~ Regulation of events, how sometimes there are hardly any spasms, then the next time, it can be brutal… The last stage of pressure and discomfort before ‘pain’…
And believe it or not, with the country falling apart as it is, as it is engineered to, by agenda, I can literally focus on myself more because of it … close the door, leave those troubles outside, focus on healing and what is necessary to get and stay healthy ~
‘Staying still is the devil’s playground’, they say ~ so there is a balance to attain between being a couch potato and staying stagnant, and the opposite, trying to get pepped up enough to always move, move, move…
I noticed, interestingly enough, about the body’s psychology and how it works:
Staying seated for an hour ~ then getting up, within 30 sec. to a minute, here comes that rush you cannot ignore, as gravity does its thing ~ BUT ~ staying active, going to the range, or simply going shopping, or being on the move really does wonders, too ~ I had to push myself to get active recently ~ but in the end, with the windows rolled down and the wind in your face as you drive, you do say THANK YOU!!! So it can be like ‘If you don’t think about it, it is not there’ ~ My issues will tend not to manifest while I am out and about… but that can change in an instant… This is why this show is so important… I am writing down all the changes as they occur.
Thanks so much for joining me and we’ll see you all next week!”

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
