Nathan Wade and Fani Willis need to be disbarred for misconduct in Trump case

For Wade and Willis to think their alleged relationship would have no impact on their decision in the Donald Trump case is “absolutely stunning.” ~Rep. Andy Biggs

Congressman Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., said that special prosecutor Nathan Wade and Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis both need to be disbarred for alleged misconduct in the election case involving former President Donald Trump.

“Not only should she be removed from this case, both of them, they both should probably be disbarred,” Biggs said on the “John Solomon Reports” podcast, agreeing that it is a very likely possibility.

Willis last year indicted Trump, now a 2024 GOP presidential candidate, and 18 co-defendants over their efforts to challenge the 2020 election results in Georgia.

Almost two months ago, one of Trump’s co-defendants accused Willis of having an “improper, clandestine personal relationship” with Wade whom she hired to be the lead prosecutor in the Trump interference case. Willis also has also been accused by a former staffer of misusing federal funds.

“I find it absolutely disgusting,” Biggs said regarding the alleged misconduct. “I’m stunned, frankly, that there is a moral vacuity there where she and Mr. Wade … are so out of touch with the moral and ethical values of a prosecutor of law.”

He said that for Wade and Willis to think their alleged relationship would have no impact on their handling of the Trump case is “absolutely stunning.”

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
