Pelosi Doubles Down on Warning Dems About Pursuing Impeachment
It seems that the more Speaker Pelosi warn the radical Democrats not to pursue impeachment, the more they double down. Has Pelosi lost control of the House?
Many reports confirm that Nancy Pelosi has lost control of the House. Pelosi has said many times that the House Dems should concentrate more on legislation and less on impeaching President Trump.
Again, Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) doubles down on her reluctance to jump on the “Impeachment Express.” However, as the alt-left, activist Democrats call for action, it seems they don’t care what Pelosi says.
I agree! We must begin impeachment proceedings and investigate if the president committed impeachable offenses. https://t.co/hbo8LdODB5

Every Democrat from Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to Democrat presidential hopeful, Elizabeth Warren have called for Trump’s impeachment process to begin. Yet, none of them can name an impeachable offense. AOC demonstrated this when she was interviewed by Yahoo News.
“I think you could reach in a bag and pull so many things out that are impeachable of this president. I support impeaching this president,” the inexperienced lawmaker told Yahoo’s “Skullduggery” podcast last week.

When asked about the “impeachable offenses” that Trump has committed, AOC stalled and mentioned that he has committed “tax fraud.” However, there is no record of Trump ever committing tax fraud.
Holding a conference call with House Democrats Monday, Pelosi said she wanted to keep up the pressure on President Donald Trump, but did not put impeachment as a priority, The New York Times reported, quoting “people on the call.”
“We have to save our democracy. This isn’t about Democrats or Republicans. It’s about saving our democracy. If it is what we need to do to honor our responsibility to the Constitution — if that’s the place the facts take us, that’s the place we have to go,” Pelosi told The Times.
Nancy Pelosi taps the brakes on impeachment….saying that Democrats can hold Trump accountable without going that far. https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/pelosi-says-democrats-can-hold-trump-accountable-without-impeachment-hearings/2019/04/22/68fce0c8-6514-11e9-82ba-fcfeff232e8f_story.html?utm_term=.58e16e6dcc96 …
The call for Trump’s impeachment isn’t possible, to begin with. To impeach a president, there has to be a bipartisan effort. However, even if the moderate Dems were to climb on the bandwagon, the Republicans still have control of the Senate. Plus, VP Mike Pence would have to be on board as well.
This is an effort by the Democrats to score political points with their base. Most of the moderate Democrats are against impeaching the president. So, that only leaves the radical Democrat minority to kick the can down the road.
Without bipartisan support, impeachment will never happen.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
