Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk retires from politics

ER Editor: Another tyrannical Australian politician ‘retires’. We need look no further than MP Craig Kelly, Rebel News Australia and Senator Malcolm Roberts for a perspective:

A reminder that Victoria state’s notorious Dan Andrews ‘stepped down’ for no apparent reason in late September.  See —

Victoria’s Notorious Dan Andrews steps down amid rejoicing

New South Wales premier Gladys Berejiklian went back in October of 2021, around the time of Austrian wunderkind chancellor Sebastian Kurz, both for relatively minor infractions in the world of politics. Which is mightily curious.

We missed this, but Northern Territories’ nutjob Premier, a zealot if ever there was one, Michael Gunner, also stepped down for no apparent reason back in May of 2022. See Northern Territory chief minister Michael Gunner resigns, saying ‘head and heart’ no longer in job

Western Australia premier Mark McGowan also stepped down in May of this year citing exhaustion. See Mark McGowan stands down as WA premier in shock announcement, citing exhaustion

That leaves South Australia. Their pandemic premier, Steven Marshall, lost an election in March of 2022.

The only remaining pandemic premier according to The Guardian below is that of the Australian Capital Territories (ACT), Andrew Barr, covering the country’s capital, Canberra. No surprises there. He must be feeling the heat. See — ACT Chief Minister Andrew Barr declares he is “energised and ready to go” for 2024

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
