This featured video interview is presented here as an example of a journalist who actually does her job and risks everything to do it. It is a pity that such professionals are now so rare because if they were the norm, if the media actually performed for real its Watchdog function, exposing tyranny instead of concealing it, tyranny would perish long before it rose to a position of power.
In this video seasoned South African war journalist, Lara Logan, discusses with Del Bigtree her illustrious reporting career from the frontlines of the wars in the Middle East, to exposing the horrors of sex trafficking, and why she risked it all to report the truth.
