South Africa Presents Its Case Against Israel’s Genocide in Gaza to United Nations (ICJ)

South Africa vs. Israel is part of an International Effort to stop Israel’s ongoing Genocide of the native Palestinian people in Gaza

[Thursday] saw South Africa mount its historic opening arguments seeking emergency injunction against Israel to cease desist its massacre of the people in Gaza.  

The International Court of Justice (ICJ), regarded as the ‘world court’ and the principal judicial organ of the United Nations, held its initial public hearings on the request for provisional measures submitted by South Africa regarding the Genocide Convention in the case South Africa vs. Israel.
