   Maybe the crazy guy I met years ago was right, that all the leaders are living on a moon base with clones here in their place running the government. Would sure explain a lot!

   The PDF expert thing though, is not credible. They can fake that stuff, with no trace of tampering. Somebody tells me that without some secured cryptology chain, or the file being locked up unchanged, I don’t believe their expertise.

   Now, if a clerk gets a document out, to do the short form confirmation, it can get misplaced and lost. A major time consuming cost, if you are going to sort through every inch.

   Obama’s father’s land, was in Africa. Even when somebody is born in a country, they can travel, and call different places home, and maybe then come in as a foreign student. I don’t know what the case with Obama is, but one thing is certain, there are a lot of evil people out there who want to prove their version of lying perversion, and aren’t to be trusted as primary experts. Because whatever they want to be true, has to be proven true, even when it’s not true.

   Mr. Obama was born “Barry Alexander Moore” in Selma, Alabama in 1916. A brother, “Armour Caleb Moore” was born in about 1914, and apparently named after his maternal grandfather, Stanley Armour Dunham. His mother, Ann Dunham reportedly used the name Marcie Moore. Margie Moore is the name of the woman in Barry’s household in Selma.

   By 1940 Mr. O’Bama had attended two years of college. Between 1940 and 1942, he moved to Chicago, Illinois where he registered for the WWII draft in 1942.

   (Note: any claims of persons that are currently alive (or recently deceased) are him or his family in Selma AL, are false. They are not the same person/s. Identity switching is just one tactic they use to conceal their lifespan of 120 years.)

   Alabama judge Roy Moore is leading the eligibility case against his cousin Barry Moore. Roy was born in 1902 in Alabama; his official birth year is 1947.

    One proof that that Obama’s birth certificate is not forged is Obama’s short-form birth certificate. which Obama published in June 2008, at least five months before the election of that year.

    Short-form birth certificates are created by a clerk reading the information from the document in the file, and filling out the computer form that generates the printed short-form birth certificate. The officials in Hawaii have confirmed that they sent a short-form to Obama. So, unless they are lying—and they were Republican officials–the only way that Obama’s birth certificate could have been forged was that it was forged in 2007 and slipped into the file just before the clerk looked at the file. That is not very likely, is it, especially since at the time Obama was not even the candidate of the Democrats. He was still in the primaries at the time and he was only a junior senator from Illinois.

    And birther sites do not quote the analysts who say that there is nothing wrong with Obama’s birth certificate. For example:

    Dr. Neil Krawetz, an imaging software analysis author and experienced examiner of questioned images, said: “The PDF released by the White House shows no sign of digital manipulation or alterations. I see nothing that appears to be suspicious.”

    Nathan Goulding with The National Review: “We have received several e-mails today calling into question the validity of the PDF that the White House released, namely that there are embedded layers in the document. There are now several other people on the case. We looked into it and dismissed it. … I’ve confirmed that scanning an image, converting it to a PDF, optimizing that PDF, and then opening it up in Illustrator, does in fact create layers similar to what is seen in the birth certificate PDF. You can try it yourself at home.”

    John Woodman, independent computer professional, said repeatedly in his book and in various articles on his Web site that the claims that Obama’s birth certificate was forged were unfounded.

    Ivan Zatkovich, who has testified in court as a technology expert, and consultant to WorldNetDaily: “All of the modifications to the PDF document that can be identified are consistent with someone enhancing the legibility of the document.” And, by the way, when WND received Zatkovich’s article that said that he found nothing wrong with Obama’s birth certificate, WordNDaily simply did not publish it.

    Jean-Claude Tremblay, a leading software trainer and Adobe-certified expert, who has years of experience working with and teaching Adobe Illustrator, said the layers cited by doubters are evidence of the use of common, off-the-shelf scanning software — not evidence of a forgery. “I have seen a lot of illustrator documents that come from photos and contain those kind of clippings—and it looks exactly like this,” he said.

    Birthers’ claim that Obama’s birth certificate is false is well understood to be caused by their own motives—they hate Obama and would like to harm him.

    Moreover, for Obama not to be a Natural Born Citizen, Obama would have had to have been born in some country other than in the USA, and that—considering how far Hawaii is from the nearest foreign country and the fact that pregnant women seldom traveled long distances late in pregnancy in 1961 AND that the officials in Hawaii and the birth certificate and the birth notices in Hawaii say that he was born in Hawaii—is not very likely at all.

And the Courts have been ignoring what Amendment 14 actually means as well. You cite lower court rulings ignoring the Supreme Court rulings which state the opposite.

Obama (New Jersey 2012) ruling: “No court, federal, state or administrative, has accepted the challengers’ position that Mr. Obama is not a “natural born Citizen” due to the acknowledged fact that his father was born in Kenya and was a British citizen by virtue of the then applicable British Nationality Act. Nor has the fact that Obama had, or may have had, dual citizenship at the time of his birth and thereafter been held to deny him the status of natural born. It is unnecessary to reinvent the wheel here. … The petitioners’ legal position on this issue, however well intentioned, has no merit in law. Thus, accepting for the point of this issue that Mr. Obama was born in Hawaii, he is a ‘natural born Citizen’ regardless of the status of his father.”

    Voeltz v. Obama (Florida 2012) ruling: “However, the United States Supreme Court has concluded that ‘[e]very person born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, becomes at once a citizen of the United States. ‘Other courts that have considered the issue in the context of challenges to the qualifications of candidates for the office of President of the United States have come to the same conclusion.”

    Other cases:.

    Mustata v. US Dept. of Justice, 179 F.3d 1017 (6th Cir. 1999) (children born in US to two Romanian citizens described as “natural born citizens” of the US):

    “Petitioners Marian and Lenuta Mustata are citizens of Romania. At the time of their petition, they resided in Michigan with their two minor children, who are natural born citizens of the United States.”

    Diaz-Salazar v. INS, 700 F.2d 1156 (7th Cir. 1983) (child born in US to Mexican citizen is “natural born citizen” of US):

    “Petitioner, Sebastian Diaz-Salazar, entered the United States illegally [from Mexico] in 1974 and has been living and working in Chicago since that time. *** The relevant facts which have been placed before the INS, BIA, and this court can be summarized as follows: The petitioner has a wife and two children under the age of three in Chicago; the children are natural-born citizens of the United States.”

    Nwankpa v. Kissinger, 376 F. Supp. 122 (M.D. Ala. 1974) (child born in US to two Biafra citizens described as “natural born citizen” of the US):

    “The Plaintiff was a native of Biafra, now a part of the Republic of Nigeria. His wife and two older children are also natives of that country, but his third child, a daughter, is a natural-born citizen of the United States.”

    What makes the third child different from her siblings? Only one thing. She was born in the USA. Notice that the court states that not only is she a citizen, but she is a Natural Born US citizen.

29. First, a birth certificate is by itself sufficient. It is a legal document. In fact, it is the common legal document used for proving birth in the USA. NO evidence is required in addition to it. For you to show that it is wrong requires you to show that there is evidence that Obama was born somewhere else. The claim that the image of Obama’s birth certificate is forged will not cut it.

    I suggest you read the article about the teacher again. She said that she was TOLD about the birth by a doctor, and gives the name of the doctor (and he really did work at Kapiolani Hospital), not that she read an article about it (do you claim that she was lying?)

    It is absolutely true that the birth notices in the Hawaii newspapers in 1961 only show that a birth certificate for Obama was issued by Hawaii in 1961. The existence of a Hawaii birth certificate is sufficient, as I said. Moreover, since in 1961 the DOH of Hawaii could not issue birth certificates to people outside of Hawaii, the fact that it was issued in 1961 is more than sufficient. And, unless the officials in Hawaii are lying now, Obama’s birth was in Kapiolani Hospital and a doctor who was practicing at the hospital signed the BC. They have said that the facts on Obama’s published BC are EXACTLY the same, that they “match” the facts on the document in the files, so unless they are lying, Obama was born in Kapiolani Hospital.

    There is, of course, absolutely no evidence that Obama was born anywhere else than Hawaii, and there would have to be, if he were, because a child requires a travel document (such as being added to his mother’s US passport IN that foreign country after birth) to be carried into the USA, and no such document has been found.

    And the idea that Obama’s mother went to a foreign country late in pregnancy in 1961, despite the huge expense and risk of stillbirth, when there were perfectly good hospitals in Honolulu—-is pretty nutty too.

    People have been confusing native born and natural born for years. The meaning of natural born has been referenced for years. Start with the Venus (1824) case. Citing British common law, which is not the common law of the Federal Government, is disingenuous. Three types of citizenship exist in the US – natural born (place, mother and father), native (place, mother or father but not all three) and naturalized (not born with citizenship). And people need to understand that Amendment 14 does not give citizenship to children born to diplomats, visitors, illegal aliens, migrant or guest workers (including H1B folks). There is a conditional clause in Amendment 14 – “and subject to the jurisdiction thereof”. People should read the Elk (1875) and Ark (1898) rulings to get an understanding of Amendment 14 citizenship.

    Be aware that Justia.com was caught altering the text of Supreme Court rulings and the organization helping them was also supplying files to Cornell Law Library as well. The intent, based upon what people found to be altered, appears to have been to hide a long list of Supreme Court rulings discussing what “natural born” means.

This is usually a US passport for the child. Or, it could be the fact that the child is entered on the mother’s US passport. Or, it could be a US visa for the child on a foreign passport. Without one of those, we would not let the child into the country.

    (Sure, a child could be carried across the Mexican border, but Hawaii does not have a border with Mexico, so that can be eliminated as a possiblity.)

    So, IF Obama really had been born in Kenya (or in any country other than the USA), he would have had to have one of those documents–wouldn’t he? His family would have had to show the passport, wouldn’t they? To show the passport, they would have had to have applied for the passport or the visa for Obama. And, if Obama really were born in Kenya (or another country), they would have had to have applied for it in the US consulate or embassy in that country, wouldn’t they?

    Such applications are FILED by the US government. The documents exist in multiple files, the actual application itself, communication about it with Washington, entries in the passport file, entries in the application file, entries in the places where the child is carried into the USA. The Bush Administration was in charge of the State Department and the INS for eight years before Obama was elected. Don’t you think that they would have checked the claim that he was born outside the USA?

    All they had to do was find one of those files and McCain would win the election.

That is not very likely, is it, especially since at the time Obama was not even the candidate of the Democrats. He was still in the primaries at the time and he was only a junior senator from Illinois.

    And birther sites do not quote the analysts who say that there is nothing wrong with Obama’s birth certificate. For example:

    Well, as said, the AP said it never wrote the article. Occidental did not release transcripts. The Fulbright Scholarship goes only to graduate students, etc, etc. And there is no “Americans for Freedom of Information.”

    Yes, his school record did say that he was a citizen of Indonesia, but that is an unsigned record. We do not know who filled it in. It was probably simply a clerk who needed a quota of Indonesian citizens for the government. In any case, Obama was never an Indonesian citizen according to the two authorities on the matter (who are btw not the birther press): the Indonesian government and the US State Department.

The officials in Hawaii have confirmed that they sent a short-form to Obama. So, unless they are lying—and they were Republican officials–the only way that Obama’s birth certificate could have been forged was that it was forged in 2007 and slipped into the file just before the clerk looked at the file. That is not very likely, is it, especially since at the time Obama was not even the candidate of the Democrats. He was still in the primaries at the time and he was only a junior senator from Illinois.

     And birther sites do not quote the analysts who say that there is nothing wrong with Obama’s birth certificate. For example:

     Dr. Neil Krawetz, an imaging software analysis author and experienced examiner of questioned images, said: “The PDF released by the White House shows no sign of digital manipulation or alterations. I see nothing that appears to be suspicious.”

     Nathan Goulding with The National Review: “We have received several e-mails today calling into question the validity of the PDF that the White House released, namely that there are embedded layers in the document. There are now several other people on the case. We looked into it and dismissed it. … I’ve confirmed that scanning an image, converting it to a PDF, optimizing that PDF, and then opening it up in Illustrator, does in fact create layers similar to what is seen in the birth certificate PDF. You can try it yourself at home.”

     John Woodman, independent computer professional, said repeatedly in his book and in various articles on his Web site that the claims that Obama’s birth certificate was forged were unfounded.

     Ivan Zatkovich, who has testified in court as a technology expert, and consultant to WorldNetDaily: “All of the modifications to the PDF document that can be identified are consistent with someone enhancing the legibility of the document.” And, by the way, when WND received Zatkovich’s article that said that he found nothing wrong with Obama’s birth certificate, WordNDaily simply did not publish it.

     Jean-Claude Tremblay, a leading software trainer and Adobe-certified expert, who has years of experience working with and teaching Adobe Illustrator, said the layers cited by doubters are evidence of the use of common, off-the-shelf scanning software — not evidence of a forgery. “I have seen a lot of illustrator documents that come from photos and contain those kind of clippings—and it looks exactly like this,” he said.

     Birthers’ claim that Obama’s birth certificate is false is well understood to be caused by their own motives—they hate Obama and would like to harm him.

     Moreover, for Obama not to be a Natural Born Citizen, Obama would have had to have been born in some country other than in the USA, and that—considering how far Hawaii is from the nearest foreign country and the fact that pregnant women seldom traveled long distances late in pregnancy in 1961 AND that the officials in Hawaii and the birth certificate and the birth notices in Hawaii say that he was born in Hawaii—is not very likely at all.

     There is nothing illegal about having a CT SS number even if you did not apply for it in CT. And, so long as it is a valid number, not used by anyone else WHO IS ALIVE, you can keep it and use it.

     So, you ask, how did Obama get a CT SS number when he did not live in or apply in CT?

     I am not the slightest bit afraid because the US Supreme Court has ALREADY ruled on the meaning of what a Natural Born Citizen is in the Wong Kim Ark case, and it said that the meaning comes from the common law and refers to the place of birth, not to the parents of a US-born citizen.

     The US Supreme Court decides for itself what cases it will take and what it will not take. So, whether I would like them to take the case or you would or both of us would—–has no effect on the court. It has ALREADY turned down a birther appeal of an appeals court ruling in Georgia that said that the meaning of Natural Born Citizen was defined by the Wong Kim Ark Supreme Court case and that every child born in the USA except for the children of foreign diplomats is a Natural Born Citizen.

     There can be many reasons why it rejected that appeal, but one of the most obvious of those reasons is that IT AGREES with the lower court. And Justice Scalia has already said that he agrees that the meaning of Natural Born comes from the common law and refers to jus soli, the law of the soil, the PLACE of birth. So the chance that the US Supreme Court would reverse the Wong Kim Ark decision or the rulings of the nine or ten lower courts, all of which ruled that Obama is a Natural Born Citizen due to his place of birth, in the USA (in Hawaii).

     The question you should ask yourself is, what is the law unless and until the US Supreme Court agrees to take the case and reverses itself on this meaning—which, as I said, is highly unlikely?      Regarding the allegation that Obama’s birth certificate was forged. One proof that it is not forged is Obama’s short-form birth certificate.

     Short-form birth certificates are created by a clerk reading the information from the document in the file, and filling out the computer form that generates the printed short-form birth certificate. The officials in Hawaii have confirmed that they sent a short-form to Obama. So, unless they are lying—and they were Republican officials–the only way that Obama’s birth certificate could have been forged was that it was forged in 2007 and slipped into the file just before the clerk looked at the file. That is not very likely, is it, especially since at the time Obama was not even the candidate of the Democrats. He was still in the primaries at the time and he was only a junior senator from Illinois.

     And birther sites do not quote the analysts who say that there is nothing wrong with Obama’s birth certificate. For example:

The magnitude of the paper work will try one’s very soul, but we must all understand that the need for this investigation and questioning is indeed acutely necessary. So if every low grade officer must undergo this stringent investigation, surely those who are vying for the Presidency must undergo an even more stringent background check and vetting. Our national security is at stake, while the President moves about looking at our most sensitive information.

Mr. Obama, or someone in his staff, met with Lt Harris, and asked that he obtain the Mr. Obama’s passport application data from the official passport office. Lt Harris agreed to the task but was caught taking documents from a clerk he knew in the passport office. Harris was arrested by the office guards and eventually confessed to those questioning him that he was stealing the passport application data as requested by Mr. Obama. Those who read the three articles describing this fiasco in the Washington Times were puzzled that the FBI did not investigate this murder. (I have copies of these Times articles, well hidden and guarded, if anyone is interested). They can also be obtained from The Times.

     Mr. Robert Mueller, FBI Director, must have received letters in the thousands wanting to know when the investigation was to begin. I wrote 3 such letters, but no one to my knowledge received any response from Mueller or his assistants. As with all other questionable events chalked up by Obama, the House and Senate remained quiet, along with the FBI and the bulk of the entire news media.

     There is always the possibility that Lt Harris could have been shot once in the back of his head by an individual who was also in the stolen credit card business. But there again, if the FBI never begins an investigation, how will they ever help Obama if he happens to be innocent?      BTW, Mr. Mueller accepted Obama’s offer to remain in office for one more term. Also, be advised that Obama continued writing exec orders even while the debate in 2012 was still going on. If in fact Obama was born on US occupied soil at that time, then why the mystery and seal of documents, passports and school records? his college application shows he applied as a foreign student for discounts, and Hawaii birth place??? again, there are too many things on the certificate he did provide that they just didn’t do in what 1963? computer generated certificates was one of them. 277. I have been interested in these cases since 2008, not because I simply didn’t like Obama but because of the historical aspect. I happened to be reading an exchange live on Dr. Taitz’ website at the time when it was discovered Obama was using a Connecticut social security number. Anyway, Dr. Taitz grew up in the Soviet Union (Moldavia) and understands Communism. She immigrated to Israel after the fall of the U.S.S.R., married, and they both immigrated to the U.S. She took advantage of the freedom offered in this country….became a real estate agent, dentist, AND an attorney. Some ridicule her of that and makes no sense to me. She’s smart and saw the opportunities she had never had. I heard her talking in an interview once about what would happen if Obama was removed from office over all this. I believe she said that all appointments he had made would be illegitimate but a special election would need to be held. She said over in the old Soviet bloc, they do it all the time when needed. So I’m thinking all of Obama’s appointments would be taken out and a special election would need to be held right away. I would think there’d be a way to do it Constitutionally but I’m not expert. I remember how important it was to hear the merits of these cases years ago because it was being said a Constitutional crisis would occur and all law passed by an illegitimate president would be null and void. So this is all interesting to say the least.

Anyone can file a petition for certioari to the US Supreme Court, if he has a denial of a case in lower court. The chances of any petition for cert being granted are less than 2 out of every 100. 303. Actually, the ONLY way to remove a sitting president is for Congress to impeach him–regardless if he’s not qualified or using forged documents. As President Nixon did, he could resign but I doubt that would happen with Obama.

     No federal court and order him removed–even the Supreme Court. See US Constitution.

     Impeachment requires the House to pass Articles of Impeachment and the Senate becomes the court and the Senators the jury. It takes a super-majority to impeach, 68 senators I think. Since the Democrats hold 55 seats, again I doubt that would happen…UNLESS…see below..

     Here’s the only option, as I see it, and it’s not much to hope for:
     A federal court, or SCOTUS could issue an order, to try the case. Currently, there is NO trial record in this case. Remember also, this is a civil case so attorney Dr. Taitz would have to get the witnesses testimony on the legal record–along with all the documents. In this case she listed as defendants almost any elected official, state and federal, with a pulse, so EACH defendant may be represented by counsel. It would take months, at a minimum, to get anywhere. I’m not an attorney, but she should try to “focus” the case on the Obama stuff and drop the other defendants(like the Calif. SOS or Sen. Feinstein). And Obama’s records are “sealed”. To get the records unsealed will require motions, testimony, judge deliberations, and the issue of a court order, if she’s successful, for each set of records. Obama’s attorneys will object at every step, again adding months. They may try appealing any order to a federal court of appeals adding more months.
     ….AND after months MAYBE the true information begins to seep-out regarding the various documents. IF any of the documents are finally found to be forged the court might rule in Dr. Taitz favor but the court CAN’T rule to remove Obama. Getting a court record, however, SHOULD get the public’s attention and the attention of CONGRESS. Maybe the court appoints a special prosecutor to begin a criminal investigation(again, to build the record and provide the facts to Congress).
     SO, and sorry for the long post, if there’s builds enough public pressure and the media finally starts doing their job, maybe it will kick Congress into action.

     Remember Clinton’s impeachment? The media told you it was about his sex with in intern so it didn’t rise to the level of impeachment. That, of course isn’t true. Clinton LIED under other to a US Federal Grand Jury and should have been removed from office. Since he wasn’t, don’t hold much hope this case will get anywhere.

     BTW: While the state legal actions to remove Obama from various ballots were valid PRIOR to Nov 2008, once Obama was elected the issues really moved to Congress and the federal courts.

     Sorry to throw cold water on this, but unless there’s some federal court that rules the documents forged, nothing will happen…

Actually, if they determine that he was elected fraudulently, they could throw out the votes for Obama, which would nullify his presidency, and as such, could cause chaos, because any bill he signed into law would be illegal, as it was not signed by a legal president. If a president is removed from office, whatever the circumstance, the vice president is ascended to the office. Biden would indeed be president.
