Trump fumes over Georgia Grand Jury report: ‘ZERO credibility’
Willis has charged Trump and 18 other co-defendants under the state’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act and the former president faces additional charges of conspiracy, making false statements, and soliciting a public official to violate their oath.

Former President Donald Trump on Friday fumed over revelations that a grand jury handling Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’s election probe had recommended indictments for as many as 30 people, including South Carolina GOP Sen. Lindsay Graham and former Georgia Sens. Kelly Loeffler and David Purdue.
“The Georgia Grand Jury report has just been released. It has ZERO credibility and badly taints Fani Willis and this whole political Witch Hunt,” Trump declared on Truth Social. “Essentially, they wanted to indict anybody who happened to be breathing at the time. It totally undermines the credibility of the findings, and badly hurts the Great State of Georgia, whose wonderful and patriotic people are not happy with this charade of an out of control ‘prosecutor’ doing the work of, and for, the DOJ. ELECTION INTERFERENCE!”
“A majority of the Grand Jury believes that perjury may have been committed by one or more witnesses testifying before it,” the report stated. “The Grand Jury recommends that the District Attorney seek appropriate indictments for such crimes where the evidence is compelling.”
Trump has contended that Willis’s probe is part of a political witch hunt designed to derail his 2024 bid for the White House. A recent campaign ad dubbed Willis a member of the “Fraud Squad” alongside Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, special counsel Jack Smith, and New York Attorney General Letitia James.
Willis has charged Trump and 18 other co-defendants under the state’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act and the former president faces additional charges of conspiracy, making false statements, and soliciting a public official to violate their oath.
The case has been met with some skepticism among legal experts and the grand jury in particular drew scrutiny over a high-profile media tour by forewoman Emily Kohrs, who often appeared erratic on camera and expressed a desire to summon Trump merely for the prospect of interaction with him.
“This Georgia case is ridiculous, a strictly political continuation of the greatest Witch Hunt of all time. Now you have an extremely energetic young woman, the (get this!) ‘foreperson’ of the Racist D.A.’s Special Grand Jury, going around and doing a Media Tour revealing, incredibly, the Grand Jury’s inner workings & thoughts,” Trump said at the time. “This is not JUSTICE, this is an illegal Kangaroo Court. Atlanta is leading the Nation in Murder and other Violent Crimes. All I did is make TWO PERFECT PHONE CALLS!!!”

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
