So let’s take a mighty leap backwards into the Roman empire. The general population was called “citizens of Rome.” So when the Emperors of Rome called onto their “Roman citizens”, who were they calling on? Fast forward to the present, the term “United States Citizen” means a “prized status.” What is old is new. Stay with me, prized means captured on the open ocean and brought within the jurisdiction of the belligerent, the capturing enemy, and reduced to the status of POW and slave. This is where it gets interesting, POW and slave are virtually synonymous. They both exist in a state of “civiliter mortuss”, that is, civilly dead to the Law. As a result, neither can access any kind of law to protect them. POWs and slaves are reduced to mere chattel, to the status of a thing. A slave is a res. A res is a thing. Masters can own things, slaves cannot own anything. All the work and everything a slave does inures to the benefit of the Master. “Servants and SlavesWhatever is acquired by the servant, is acquired for the master. A slave is not a person.A slave, and everything a slave has, belongs to his master.He who acts by or through another, acts for himself. He who does anything through another, is considered as doing it himself. The master is liable for injury done by his servant. He is not presumed to consent who obeys the orders of his father or his master.” Maxims_of_Law. Hence, 1% of the world wealthy, and ruling elite own 100% of the world, including the world-wide slaves.

The status of “slave” dovetails very nicely with the National War Powers Act:

FOREWORD

Since March 9, 1933, the United States has been in a state of declared national emergency. In fact, there are now in effect four presidentially-proclaimed states of national emergency: In addition to the national emergency declared by President Roosevelt in 1933, there are also the national emergency proclaimed by President Truman on December 16, 1950, during the Korean conflict, and the states of national emergency declared by President Nixon on March 23, 1970, and August 15, 1971.

These proclamations give force to 470 provisions of Federal law. These hundreds of statutes delegate to the President extraordinary powers, ordinarily exercised by the Congress, which affect the lives of American citizens in a host of all-encompassing manners. This vast range of powers, taken together, confer enough authority to rule the country without reference to normal Constitutional processes. [Otherwise known as a “Dick-tay-tor-ship.”]

Under the powers delegated by these statutes, the President may:

seize property; organize and control the means of production; seize commodities; assign military forces abroad; institute martial law; seize and control all transportation and communication; regulate the operation of private enterprise; restrict travel; and, in a plethora of particular ways, control the lives of all American citizens.

All great military empires have been built on the labor of the Slave force. The most significant difference for this country is that the men and women of flesh and blood were invisibly converted into slaves without them ever realizing it. All men and women of flesh and blood were “corporatized into legal fictions” so that the federal “government” could interface with them and make all sorts of demands on them, i.e., pay federal income taxes, obeying “statutes” and codes. Remember this paragraph from above, “A landmark Supreme Court Case of 1795, Penhallow v. Doane’s Administrators, defines governments succinctly: “Governments are corporations.” “Inasmuch, as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction, and a creature of the mind only, a government can interface only with other artificial persons.” Cracking the Code, Jordan Maxwell. Historically, only slaves have paid tribute [taxes]. Now that was a masterful stroke of military strategy and planning. It was and is brilliant. An entire country converted to POWs and slaves without the sheeple even realizing it. As Goethe stated, “None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free.”

Perhaps the “cui bono” begins to crystallize at this point. By reducing the man and woman of flesh and blood into a slave, the type of government espoused morphs into a secret, commercial military dictator-ship. There is no longer any “welfare” of the people, for the people or by the people, for there are no “people” to be found anywhere, only prized United States Citizens. Lincoln’s promise of a “government for, by and of the people” vanished into thin air the moment he said it. But that chimera sure sounded good. In fact, so good, that the American sheeple live in Alice in Wonderland. That mantra by Lincoln put the American sheeple into a narcotized stupor from which they are yet to waken. The original Constitution becomes toilet paper with which the President and his minions wipe their asses. The Bill of Rights gets raped repeatedly and discarded like a nothing. Due Process becomes a pantomimical farce within the four walls of all court rooms. All military dictatorships operate under the Law of Necessity, aka, Law of War, aka, Martial Law. Due process is cumbersome and time consuming. On the other hand, military proceedings are fast and efficient, thus maximizing the shearing and Plundering of the sheeple and the commercial profit for the Masters. I think we just found the “Cui Bono” right there, follow the money. Indeed a politician without deceit is more rare than a fish without a backbone. A government without deceit and betrayal is the rarest thing in the world, more so even than the mythical Unicorn. In fact, I can unabashedly say that, there is no such thing as a “government” without deceit or betrayal. All institutions lie to protect their hegemony. The very existence and basis of all world-wide governments is a fiction. I know there are some sheeple that will refuse to believe that, sorry to tell you, facts are stubborn things and Truth is brutal.

The greatest magical trick performed anywhere in the world in the last 250 years, is this. The entire American sheeple population were deceived and con-vinced that this country was “the land of the Free and the home of the Brave.” In reality, America is the best conceived and executed secret commercial military dictatorship in the history of the world. The conquered are slaves. What it amounts to is this, the American sheeple are walking around in the open air prison under the illusion of freedom wondering why their assholes hurt so much. And like with the Stockhom Syndrome, at some point in the past they embraced their rapists and plunderers and became sycophants, fawning at the feet of, and ass-kissing their Moneyed Masters. “Please be gentle Masta, I am still a virgin, yes I do love you.” “Can I borrow 50 bucks till payday?”

Modern thinkers, as well, agree that the history of citizenship is complex with no single definition predominating. It is hard to isolate what citizenship means without reference to other terms such as nationalism, civil society, and democracy. According to one view, citizenship as a subject of study is undergoing transformation, with increased interest while the meaning of the term continues to shift. There is agreement citizenship is culture-specific: it is a function of each political culture. Furthermore, how citizenship is seen and understood depends on the viewpoint of the person making the determination, such that a person from an upper class background will have a different notion of citizenship than a person from the lower class . The relation of citizenship has not been a fixed or static relation, but constantly changes within each society, and that according to one view, citizenship might “really have worked” only at select periods during certain times, such as when the Athenian politician Solon made reforms in the early Athenian state. Welcome to the Matrix of Insanity.

I would say that “citizenship” is also “political system specific” and “commercial system specific”. And of course the greatest mucker of all, throw in religions for major Chaos. Citizenship creates a distinct Matrix of Deception of it’s very own. Within politics and government circles, the term “citizenship” is perhaps one of the most deceptive terms in the English legal-sleaze fictional language. The term “citizenship” is extremely malleable and plastic. This term “citizenship”, means exactly what the political/cultural/commercial systems needs it to mean. It is the maximal Chimera.

Basically what these paragraphs are saying is that “citizenship” means whatever the ruling political and commercial powers say it is, as in “United States citizenship is a prized status”. Get it, got it, Good!!!! The PTB have a maxim of law, “Words mean exactly what We, the PTB, say they mean and no more.” I have identified this as the “Alice in Wonderland Principle.” He who controls language and the meaning of the words used, controls reality and perception and thus maximizing subversive control of human consciousness. Cecil Rhodes recognized that the printed word has a significant impact on the consciousness of humans. This idea was morphed in the mind of Cecil Rhodes in his Confessions. “The Society should inspire and even own portions of the press for the press rules the minds of the people.” Browne and Williams, supra. English is the most perfectly perverted and debauched language ever devised to keep humans in the Matrix of Deception. Hoooorah!!! English is the perfect Legal-sleaze.

Here is the excellent kicker. The United States Supreme Court confirmed in 1976, that the status of “citizen of the United States” is a “prized status.” United States v. William L. Mattheson. This prized status came to full fruition in 1933, with the silent coup de etat by the belligerent Banking system with the assistance of FDR. I have already covered “prized” for you elsewhere but to make sure that you do not ever forget it here it is one more time, directly from Black’s, 4th Edition: [how about a little microsurgery without anesthetic, I promise this will hurt.]

In admiralty law: Prized means: [A vessel or cargo, belonging to one of two belligerent powers, apprehended or forcibly captured at sea by a war-vessel or privateer of the other belligerent, and claimed as enemy’s property, and therefore liable to appropriation and condemnation under the laws of war.] This definition of this term, “prized” is so loaded as to make my head spin. This is the cornerstone of our enslavement. Never forget, U.S. Citizens are “prized.”

Language is all powerful. The term: VESSEL. A ship, brig, sloop, or other craft used in navigation. The word in its broadest sense is more comprehensive than “ship.”Any structure which is made to float upon the water, for purposes of commerce or war, [Commerce is War, War is Commerce] brackets mine, whether impelled by wind, steam, or oars. Chaffe v. Lude-ling, 27 La.Ann. 607. Any structure, especially a hollow one, made to float upon the water for purposes of navigation; a craft for navigation of the water, often, specifically, one larger than a common row boat; as, a war vessel; a passenger vessel. [if the vessel carries “passengers” there is a presumption that the vessel is engaged in commerce.] City of Tampa v. Tampa Shipbuilding & Engineering Co., 136 Fla. 216, 186 So. 411, 412;Massman Const. Co. v. Bassett, D.C.Mo., 30 F.Supp. 813, 815. Surreptitiously then, every man and woman of flesh and blood have been morphed into a commercial structure[Commerce is War and War is Commerce] or a war structure, which squarely brings you under the Law of War, International Admiralty/Maritime Law of the Open Ocean. Perhaps I am belaboring the point, but how do you like your new status, you commercial warmonger?

BELLIGERENT: In international law. As an adjective, it means engaged in lawful war. As a noun, it designates either of two nations which are actually in a state of war with each other, as well as their allies actively co-operating, as distinguished from a nation which takes no part in the war and maintains a strict indifference as between the contending parties, called a “neutral.”U. S. v. The Ambrose Light, D.C.N.Y., 25 F. 412; Johnson v. Jones, 44 Ill. 151, 92 Am.Dec. 159.BELLIGERENTS. A body of insurgents who by reason of their temporary organized government are regarded as conducting lawful hostilities. Also, militia, corps of volunteers, and others, who although not part of the regular army of the state, are regarded as lawful combatants provided they observe the laws of war. See Ex parte Tos-cano, D.C.Cal., 208 F. 938. See, also, Belligerency. Bello parta cedunt reipublic. Things acquired in war belong or go to the state. Here is the brilliant part. The Deep State/Shadow Government are the State thru the Banking/Commercial System. Thus all Plunder must revert to the State and then the State in it’s beneficence will share the loot with the Privateers, aka, Attorney, Liaryer, Judge, Banker, or law enforcement agencies, both at the local and national level as an incentive. Just a little reminder here, Attorneys and Liaryers are State Actors under the Color of Law.

APPREHEND: To take hold of, whether with the mind, and so to conceive, believe, fear, dread, Trogdon v. State, 133 Ind. 1, 32 N.E. 725; or actually and bodily, and so to take a person on a criminal process; to seize; to arrest, Hogan v. Stophlet, 179 Ill. 150, 53 N.E. 604, 44 L.R.A. 809. To understand. Golden v. State, 25 Ga. 527, 531. To be conscious or sensible of. Collins v. Liddle,67 Utah, 242, 247 P. 476, 479. APPREHENSIO. Lat. In the civil and old English law. A taking hold of a person or thing; apprehension; the seizure or capture of a person. Calvin. I absolutely love this definition. One can be apprehended “with the mind” as in a Tyranny of the Mind, aka, Propaganda. Political Correctness is a Tyranny of the Mind and has been used to capture the mind of the American sheeple with fear and dread. Language can be used to capture our very consciousness. Fear is the most powerful prison that can be created. Or one can be captured “actually and bodily”. Every time you find yourself in a courtroom, the judge will ask you, “Do the understand the charges?” This is “apprehension with the mind.” And lastly, “taking hold of person or thing.” I know I do not need to remind you, a slave is a res, a thing. Do you now see how powerful this term, “prized” is?

The terms appropriation and condemnation as used in this definition are extremely powerful. This is directly from Black’s law dictionary: APPROPRIATION (Black’s Law Dictionary) The act of appropriating or setting apart; prescribing the destination of a thing; [remember slaves are things] designating the use or application of a fund. In public law. CONDEMNATION: In admiralty law. The judgment or sentence of court having jurisdiction and acting in rem, [thing] by which (1) it is declared that a VESSEL which has been captured at sea as prize was lawfully [under the laws of WAR] so seized and is liable to be treated as prize. (2) That property which has been seized for an alleged violation of revenue laws, [this is where the IRS interjects itself] neutrality laws, navigation laws, etc. was lawfully so seized, and is for such cause, forfeited to the government; or (3) that the VESSEL which is the subject is unfit and unsafe for navigation. For instance, if your taillight on your car [vessel] is out, it is unsafe for navigation. The one thread thru this entire definition is the recurrence of the word “thing.”

One more time into the Rabbit Hole. “In rem” means the following: A technical term used to designate proceedings or actions instituted against the thing. Even though it is not necessary, I will remind you, a slave is a thing owned by the Master. Which basically means one thing, YOU, the man of flesh and blood, are pretty well f@#cked in any and all given court situations, as you are there as a thing. [You are therefore, dumb, deaf and mute. You have no voice in the Court room.] F@#k your human rights, slave. You have none. And if you persist on asserting your non-existent Constitutional rights in the King’s Court of Chancery, JAIL time!!!

I have been there myself. I have received free accommodations for ten days in the local county slammer, twice for “contempt of court”, which basically means I argued with the fake magistrate judge and I held my position. Arrogant pricks do not like men of courage and principle. The irony of the whole thing is this, at the end of the second accommodation stint, the fake magistrate judge actually proffered this summary. “Mr. Giron, I never wanted to incarcerate you, but I have my territory to protect. In reality, you and I are a lot alike, we are both men of principle and we stick to our convictions. And as I was walking out of his courtroom, he smiled and waved, “Mr. Giron, good luck.”

In retrospect, who won that interaction? “There is an Inner Freedom that comes from defiance. To resist Evil is the highest achievement of Human life. It is the Supreme Act of Love. Those who resist stand regardless of the cost. The rebel does not define success the way the Elites define success. Those who resist, refuse to kneel, before the idols of mass culture or the powerful elite. In every act of rebellion, we are Free. The Rebel will always be an outsider. Resistance to radical Evil is the pinnacle of Human existence.” Hedges. I stood up to a “Mini-Tyrant” [re-pinche tiranito, Carlos Castaneda, “The Eagle’s Gift”], and paid the price. I felt like Tommie Smith and Juan Carlos at the 1968 Olympics with raised fists, except mine was giving the finger. “During their medal ceremony in the Olympic Stadium in Mexico City on October 16, 1968, two African-American athletes Tommie Smith and Juan Carlos each raised a black-gloved fist during the playing of the US national anthem.” Wikipedia. Sorry, sometimes I digress. Back to the Rabbit Hole.

The phrase “forfeited to the government” is extremely powerful. At that point you become property of the government. When I joined the U.S. Army, I became a G.I., aka, “government issue.” Remember, the Creator owns the Created. The United States corporation created the fictional prized status and we readily, thru our vast ignorance, arrogance, egocentricity and stupidity, accepted our prized status and made our home on the USPOWSCC, United States Prisoner of War Slave Concentration Camp AMERIKA, by using the “emergency military script” colloquially known as Federal Reserve Notes. Welcome to your new home, Amerika, you Roman Slave. All United States Citizens live “jurisdictionally” with the ten square mile district known as “Washington, District for the Criminally Insane” under Martial law, as citizens and slaves.

A slave who thinks he is free is the stupidest human on the face of the planet. Plus, a slave under the illusion of freedom will work himself to death, notwithstanding his health, or the health of his family. This is the ultimate sacrifice performed by the slave, he will sacrifice his family on the Altar of Commercial Success. His wife is a drunk and adulteress, his kids are druggies, he has already suffered more than one heart attack, he keeps his paramour in style, he is in debt to his eyeballs, but he has the illusion of Power, Prestige, and Status, PPS. Welcome to the Matrix of Slavery. Even his dog is like, “Seriously dude?” The family cat on the other hand, could not give a flying f@#$ck even if he tried. “Die of a heart attack you idiot slave!” says the cat. These seven paragraphs above clearly layout “legal-sleaze” at it’s best and confirm the Alice in Wonderland Principle, terms mean exactly what the PTB want, and need, them to mean. Welcome to the Bizarro Opposite World.

Just to refresh your memory, in several of the United States Codes, persons are also defined as VESSELS. The names of “VESSELS” are always spelled in ALL CAPS NAMES. Under Vatican ecclesiastical, canon law, persons are also VESSELS without cargo, aka, a human being with no Soul, in need of rescue as flotsam or jetsam and brought into the corral of being saved by the Catholic faith. So here is the fiction that is forced into a reality at the end of the gun barrel. Citizens of the United States are ocean going VESSELS that have been captured on the open ocean or “inland navigable waterways”, by the opposing belligerent, and pressed into service, and condemned into slavery, on the United States Prisoner of War Slave Concentration Camp Amerika, [USPOWSCCA], Corporate Plantation for the benefit of the 13 Ruling Families Banksters in alliance with il Vaticano. Actually, the whole world is a “corporate plantation”.

And don’t forget il Vaticano, a festering, cauldron of demonic worshipping homosexuals, pederasts and pedophiles abusing and sacrificing children to Satan in order to get the “Mark of the Beast”, also known as “Executive Protection.” And don’t forget to be “rewarded with the Kingdoms of Planet Earth”, just as Satan promised to the Christos. Il Vaticano is the most perverse, corrupted and Demonic mental institution perfectly hidden behind the facades of philanthropy and religion. The facade of “benefactor of humanity” is one of the best facades to hide criminal behavior. The entire structure is a perfectly created facade to hide an international cabal of mobsters that are criminally insane. Indeed, Satan rules Planet Earth. How about instead of Holy See, we call it Holy-Shit-Hole? Was that a bit too much for you?

I fear my dear Reader that this may be a bit much for your Cerebrum and you may want to kill the messenger. Just remember, Truth is always brutal and cares not a bit about your perception of Truth. It stands alone. Truth is Light and the Light dispels the Darkness, but not without a fight.
