Welcome to Episode #103 of the Eagle’s Eye Report. This episode is Hosted by myself with Co-Host and Show Producer Stephen Roberts. The title of today’s show presentation is, From Tyranny to ‘Our Course of Action’ (Part 2). The intent of this radio show is to be a mechanism for communicating the truth as well as the facts in a country increasingly forbidding of these very concepts.

No, as I say weekly, this not a pleasant way to introduce a show … but today reality is blatant and not very pleasant in many aspects. Thus the reason, and intent behind the Eagle’s Eye Report.

Since it has been a couple of weeks, let’s go over the series intro again …

To date, on just about every show I have made or make, the following comment: I will always state that the message I bring to you today is not entertainment, nor is it baseless guesses, or remote possibilities. Most of what I deliver is in your face reality, recorded facts or an inevitability depending on our course of action.

The high spot of that opening comment is “depending on our course of action” and this is something we have promised to present to you in a show before months end. We we are at least partially successful with part one of this series. Today’s show will part two of a three part series, finishing on next Wednesdays show.

As Steve did to me last week … Today I will present Steve’s Questions or Talking Points to him, and we will get his intent for bringing this to the show. Then I will be given a chance to add my 2 cents worth … Then, if needed we will both discuss the point further from our personal perspective.

The first two parts of this series are dedicated to what we face … Part 3 (next week) will focus on what we can or should do … What OUR course of action needs to be or else …

As a reminder, here are the talking points from Part One (Link below archived show) of the ‘OUR COURSE OF ACTION’ discussion. Those were my points and are pretty much focused on We The People:

Part One Talking Points:

• Close our borders

• Shut down The Federal Reserve

• Undo the Act of 1871

• Ban Dual Citizenship in Representative Politics

• Turn schools back over to parents

• Focus on Government Accountability

• With special exceptions (military) all voting must be in person and a valid ID (any sort) must be presented.

• Resolve the two tiered, Politicized, Justice System

• Identify and remove/dissolve the Administrative Deep State

• Take all money out of politics

What follows are Steve’s talking points for today’s discussion, and are focused at a much deeper level … A level most will never even bother to visit …

So lets jump into Steve’s points!

• The 13th amendment to the constitution freed the black slaves, the 14th amendment made all of us slaves!

• The reason courts won’t allow the Bible or the constitution into the court case is we are not a party to either!

• Where does Law come from?
  Genesis 1 26-28 God gave man dominion over the land, sea and the air and this is law!

• The land became common law, common to all mankind, its property its equity its rights it’s our rights which are unalienable!

• The law of water is admiralty law which is commercial law, it’s contract law things held in contract with another! A man or a woman can have a contract with a man or a woman but a man or a woman cannot have a contract with a corporation!

• Why did they form corporations? They formed corporations because man has no integrity! They formed corporations to remove liabilities from themselves and place them onto you! Corporations exist so we can be taken advantage of!
