Good-day and welcome to another episode of the EPI Town Crier. Having two weekly live radio shows of my own now, on two different networks (RBN & ShakeAndWake Radio) has left me little time to do many episodes of EPI Town Crier (guesting). But for a return episode I could not have wished for two better individuals to have a serious sit-down with.

For this discussion I once again join up with friend, Jon Twitchell (Host of ‘Talk With Jon’ on RBN), who is the stand-in host for The National Intel Report, John Stadtmiller’s (deceased) show on RBN, to discuss several issues on so many minds today. We are also joined by an individual that I quite enjoy discussing issues with, David Pyne.  As I usually state, our discussion is anything but boring …

So let’s get down to business …

As the title above indicates, this discussion centers around Nancy Pelosi’s trip to Taiwan and the reactions this generated from both the Biden Administration and China. To call this a catastrophe is putting things mildly, and the ramifications are still unfolding. We are aware that Biden’s people did not condone the visit, and made this abundantly clear … yet stopped short of ordering her not to go.

We are also aware that Chinese leader Xi Jinping was furious about the visit and issues veiled treats to Biden, as well as leaked comments from the Chinese military stating that Pelosi’s plane may even be shot down. China even went as far as to commence live-fire exercises, at one point even firing missiles over Taiwan with at least one broaching Japanese territorial waters.

The discussion you are about to listen to covers many of the reasons behind this move as well as the predictable, and not so predictable possibilities or ramifications we may yet see. Suffice it to say that not too much is good or comforting. America’s military has seen a serious blow to its credibility lately due to the insane Afghanistan withdrawal, the equally insane woke policies being enforced, and the vaccine mandates that are decimating its ranks. Now may not be the right time to be pushing policies and actions that could ultimately result in WWIII or even a nuclear exchange with a well armed adversary …

As you will also find out both David and myself have many years of top level experience in dealing with both military strategy and technology making this discussion a must hear with relation to a China and America head to head standoff, a nuclear exchange, or even an EMP attack. We also discuss the possibilities of all three and compare them to the reality of the massive economic reliance both countries have on each other. Needless to say this is not and easy or a frivolous topic, but holds massive implications for both our futures.
