KEN’S CORNER: America’s Fork In the Road

America’s Fork In the Road

By TLB Contributing Writer: Ken LaRive

In about two months, it should all be over. The U.S. presidential election will ‘hopefully’ have run it’s course, I mean. Not the end of the world. But maybe the end of our nation, as we have known it. No I did not vote for Biden…. I did not vote for a man. I did not rally for a personality. I did not push a person …

  • I voted for … the principles for which this country has stood since it’s founding.

  • I voted for … Constitutional government.

  • I voted for … a strong and viable military. I voted for a vibrant economy.

  • I voted for … the right to keep and bear arms.

  • I voted for … the freedom to worship.

  • I voted for … a national recognition of the founding of our nation on Biblical principles.

  • I voted for … our Constitution and civil liberties given to us buy God.

  • I voted for … Liberty from tyranny.

  • I voted for … the ability for anyone to rise above their circumstances and become successful, in a Constitutional Republic.

  • I voted for … my children and grandchildren to be able to choose their own path in life, including how and where their children are educated.

  • I voted for … our borders to be open to everyone who enters under our law and closed to everyone who would circumvent or ignore the law.

  • I voted for … sovereignty.

  • I voted for … the Electoral College to remain in place, so that a few heavily populated liberal centers do not control the elections.

  • I voted for … a Supreme Court that interprets the Constitution rather than rewrites it.

  • I voted for … teaching history, with all of it’s warts, not erase it or revise it.

  • I voted for … the sanctity of life from conception to birth and after.

At this point I realize, I voted for one thing and one thing only … America!

Now, there are some things I voted against:

  • I voted against … open borders.

  • I voted against … a rampant welfare system that enslaves it’s recipients.

  • I voted against … socialism, in all of it’s forms, including health care, redistribution, reparations, economics, governmental control.

  • I voted against … actions such as, and criminal releases, I would rather pay for prison reform then see the criminals released to repeatedly commit the same crimes!

So, although I don’t give blanket approval to everything our President has done or said in the past, I do support him as our president! I not only voted against the Progressive Joe Biden, but also voted against every thing that the party backing him and propping him up stands for, and I see that as Marxist Communism. It is not the Democratic Party of the past, the Party of John F. Kennedy.

About two months of waiting. Two months, for two entirely different paths for America. It seems inconceivable, after what we have seen in the last four years, that we would tolerate it being stolen away.

Anonymous, with a little icing.

Ken LaRive

From the Author, Ken La Rive – We in the Liberty movement have been fighting to take back this country for less than a decade, peacefully and with the love of God and country in our hearts. Our banner has been trampled on and displaced by a multitude of distractions, further eroding our nation and the cause for Liberty. And so, as we are pulled by forces we cannot fathom, powerful entities with unlimited resources stolen from our future, unaccountable trillions printed out of thin air and put on our backs as debt, we must formulate the most pitiful of all questions any patriot might ask in the final hour: Are we going to fight for our master’s tyranny, or are we going to demand the return of our civil liberties and Constitution? Are we going to choose The Banner of Liberty, or the shackles of voluntary servitude? Will it be a war for corporate profit, or a war to regain our ability to self govern, as the blood and toil of our forefathers presented to us, their children, as a gift? I fear that decision is emanate. I fear that any decision will be a hard one, but my greatest fear of all is that the decision has already been made for us.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
