KEN’S CORNER: Liberty In The Light Of Day

KEN’S CORNER: Liberty In The Light Of Day

Commentary by TLB Contributing Writer: Ken LaRive

Good morning Patriots. We are few, and far between, but truth is being realized, and the blood, sweat and tears of our forefathers will not be in vein. Justice will prevail, and the gift of our Constitutional Republic, and our flag, will again be ours. The time of action is upon us, and justice will save us in our final hour, on the very brink, the very eve of destruction.

The Evil that has had us by the throat our entire lives will be brought to Justice by rule of law, and truth will again ring loud for humanity. God gave us our Liberties. God gave us the ability to reason. God gave us council, and with those tools we took free will as our own, our own individual responsibility. The United States of America is our birthright. Give me liberty, or give me death. I can not stand down. I will not!

I am an oath keeper. I took that oath before God, my parents, and my future wife standing with my brothers in our dress blues when I was 19 years old. I didn’t realize the gravity of it until I was middle age. I saw it face to face in my travels, and the precious gift of liberty lost to an Oligarchy with the greatest power ever to exist. I saw it’s boot on the back of of my family, their future without a moment of peace, of freedom, and the America that I love being eaten alive… and I was ashamed to the core for my cowardly, ignorant, myopic and selfish pittance of motivation, and there, in my mind’s eye, I saw something greater than myself, in the light of day. Something that filled me with a dark and fearful dread, hopelessness, a loss too profound to comprehend. It hit me just what has been lost, and I repeated that oath to be indelible in my heart and soul… and I will try to my last breath.

I can no longer think that the pen is mightier than the sword. There must be action. While serving on the USS Kitty Hawk in Vietnam I asked my Chief what we were fighting for, and he, without one hesitation, told me that we were fighting Marxist Communism… but I was too young to realize just what that meant. What I saw, at the very core of my trying to build a life for my family… that my efforts were used to advance that very political ideology, that Communism was the veritable cancer eating us alive from cradle to grave.

Yes, I admit it. I was afraid. I saw my enemy to be so powerful, they, without a shred of remorse, have ignored my cries for justice. Well, I’m finished crying. I no longer care for my personal safety, and that makes me a formidable enemy. That is my hope. I see you, and I call your name before the gate. We the people are coming.

I see you behind the curtain. I see you as the bane of humanity, and you have no place to hide.

Ken LaRive

From the Author, Ken La Rive– We in the Liberty movement have been fighting to take back this country for less than a decade, peacefully and with the love of God and country in our hearts. Our banner has been trampled on and displaced by a multitude of distractions, further eroding our nation and the cause for Liberty. And so, as we are pulled by forces we cannot fathom, powerful entities with unlimited resources stolen from our future, unaccountable trillions printed out of thin air and put on our backs as debt, we must formulate the most pitiful of all questions any patriot might ask in the final hour: Are we going to fight for our master’s tyranny, or are we going to demand the return of our civil liberties and Constitution? Are we going to choose The Banner of Liberty, or the shackles of voluntary servitude? Will it be a war for corporate profit, or a war to regain our ability to self govern, as the blood and toil of our forefathers presented to us, their children, as a gift? I fear that decision is emanate. I fear that any decision will be a hard one, but my greatest fear of all is that the decision has already been made for us.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
