A Prayer starts us off, one that I had translated into English from an old French Prayer of the Acadian Peninsula area…
I need to address MASKS today and the tyranny apparent, I really feel it is coming back, complete with ‘mandates’ that are NOT laws ~
And I also share the history of masks, going back 2,300 years, before even Islam existed… and why tyranny has used them as weapons.
TURN IT OFF is my short segment, where I share my own personal and positive experiences about a phone-free environment, even if it is only short… Turn it off, people… and LIVE without… “Learn to live WITHOUT everything that you care for the most.”

THE MUSICAL SEGMENT allows me to share teachings I have experienced in mixing, in bass playing, drums, piano and percussion… sharing ideas with segments of various songs, some compositions… and tearing them apart. ? I explain what is so important to me and to my 45+ years of experience in each instrument, plus doing a lot of studio work….
