WELCOME EVERYONE TO ANOTHER EPISODE OF learn 2 unlearn, … THIS TIME addressing a very personal venture of mine… within.
It’s about honoring Kelly Clarkson/April Lavigne for the song Break Away… and how it applies to me today…

In a personal challenge, I test myself with going inside and getting rid of that which paralyzes me to no end, that which ‘causes cancer’ and causes us to rot from the inside out…
Yes, drama, surrounding yourself with the wrong people, energy vampires, fighting other people’s wars for them, whatever the reason, we need to get rid of our ‘excess baggage’, and in my case, it is coming true and speaking on one of the hardest points in and about my life at the moment, what I am now healing from, the cancer that was taken out of me, makes me ‘stop and smell the roses’ and appreciate every little thing that I live and breathe and taste…
The show should have a GRAPHIC CONTENT label on it for some, others will think this is simply a compte-rendu of internal issues from a long time ago, that can still destroy us, our relationships, everything in our lives if we let it, but this is “The Worst Place To Be”…
And this is the root of this episode, speaking about this place … where ‘there is nowhere to go but up’, and exploring the dilemma of ‘hiding the hurt’…
Also, the education system, which I know to be one and the same with the Residential School model for it, back in the day, and I tie this in with my own experiences in ‘day schools’ and ‘private schools’ run by nuns and the Catholic church for the rich folks…
I think this is where it all started ‘rewinding’ for me in my life, when I started on this Red Road, more than 25 years ago.
And thanks to ShakeAndWakeRadio being such open hearted and good Spirited souls who understand that we are all connected, we can explore the parallels between Belief… No. Sacred Belief systems of all kinds, all saying the same thing since time immemorial…
A very personal and exploratory show, one that I was ‘uncomfortable’ thinking about beforehand, but I realized it had to be done, if I am to honor my own Integrity and honesty with my own Self… and showing that this is behind what I love doing so much… Being on radio.
I finish the show with tidbits of NEWS*FLASH! In which I throw different news bytes at you and get a reaction ?
