Learn 2 Unlearn: Return to Health (E41) – “The (Temporarily) Deflated Tire”

WATCH SHOW BELOW INTRO ARTICLE

Your Host: Luca Majno

As I write the article for this week’s show, I don’t even have the title thought out yet… too much to say… not sure how to generalize… So many things going on that affect the whole, as they say…

Welcome to this week’s show, and yes, the title now shows just what a week this has been, from harder spasms (day and night), to the continued two-hour-a-night sleep pattern that is taking its toll day by day, and to the realization that yes, perhaps I need to just ‘tone down’ for a while and go with it… A terrifying concept.

Updates?

  • General weakness, tired, slow-going

  • Very little energy ~ heavier breathing

  • Slower in reaction times

  • On Facebook as usual, sharing, educating

  • Headaches (more frequent)

  • Still only up to a 2-hour un-interrupted sleep

  • Like a deflated balloon… no, … a deflated tire

And just as I was getting this show ready, there was another Facebook post that landed right in my lap, right when the Universe is (suggesting) that I chill out for a time, that “I ALLOW MYSELF time to regroup, and to just ‘sit’ and ‘fill ‘er-up’, as they say…

Challenging, to say the least. But this is my week. So I try to find encouraging words to push myself ahead… I look inward… Dear Self.

Although it is blurry and I cannot see it well, I begin… and shortly, after listening and paying attention to the content, I start to see…

Time to pat ourselves on the back and say “TIME OUT”… at least for a while…and that’s OK…

That was the hard part, and still is, for me… It’s OK to do ‘nothing’ or to feel so low energy-wise that your body is telling you (me) to sit and re-energize, re-coop, call it what you will.. to fill up the tank again… and yes, it is pretty frightening!

I mean, I got it, when all I could do was to sit in the chair and not move, after my operations… But this is not that time, and it is hard to wrap my head around suddenly ‘needing to suddenly be sitting in the chair for longer periods of time’… a slowing-down, perhaps?

No, not yet, I ain’t that old yet. No, this is just down time, I suppose… and I sincerely hope.

There is also little change in (#2) what happens in the rectum area, due to what I believe to be compression between all organs, so tightly placed together and experiencing such changes…

My system wants to go #2 as soon as it starts to feel that spasm from the second flow… Sometimes more serious than others, but most always bringing blood in the urine during cleaning… (no pictures needed)

Not to be too explicit, but occasionally, it happens…

You only have 30 seconds to comply.” (to get to a bathroom) ~ I think you get my drift.

Hopefully next week will be better.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
