MCCAIN TAUNTS TRUMP – ATTACK SYRIA, KEEP MILITARY INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX CASH FLOWING

by Rick Wells

McCain is again serving his Military Industrial Complex masters and calling for Trump to take the bait after the latest false flag attack on Syrian civilians. Blaming Assad and Russia…

War-monger and tool of the Military Industrial Complex John McCain had some harsh words for President Trump, partially blaming him for the chemical weapons attack that may or may not have been conducted on Syrian people by the Syrian government.

Just as was the case a year ago, the timing is convenient for those seeking to extend our presence and financial commitment to Syria, those John McCain represents, and counter to the self-interest of Assad, Russia, Syria or Iran.

That was also the case a year ago in April of 2017, when Assad was already winning the war against ISIS and subversives in his country, yet supposedly chose to bring international wrath upon himself by killing his own citizens, with no strategic benefit whatsoever. It had all of the earmarks of a false flag orchestrated and with video footage provided by the dubious ISIS-friendly “White Helmets.”

McCain gave some of the strongest indications that it was the threat of Trump pulling our forces out of Syria that led to the attack so that we’d be forced to remain and continue the financial commitment. One of the few times McCain has had anything positive to say about President Trump was following the 59 cruise missiles being sent to “teach Assad a lesson” in April of 2017, following that incident.

McCain’s distorted RINO establishment logic blamed President Trump’s signaling that he’s considering pulling our troops out of Syria as partially responsible for the attack, with the weakest of contrived theories.

In a statement Sunday morning to the Arizona Republic, McCain said, “President Trump last week signaled to the world that the United States would prematurely withdraw from Syria. Bashar Assad and his Russian and Iranian backers have heard him, and emboldened by American inaction, Assad has reportedly launched another chemical attack against innocent men, women and children, this time in Douma.”

Invigorated by the taste of blood in his Ensure, McCain added, “The question now is whether he will do anything about it,” and called for another similar response to last year of a strike against Syria to “demonstrate that Assad will pay a price for his war crimes.”

Does McCain really believe the American people are so stupid as to take that bizarre premise as justification for an attack a second time? Arabs are known for their patience in seeing conflicts as generational and being able to wait out their opponents. Yet we’re told they couldn’t take a month or two, a year, perhaps, to wait for their enemy to abandon their presence in an attack that again afforded them nothing positive strategically?

American has defeated ISIS in the region in President Trump’s first year. Why would Assad give us another enemy to fight when we were poised to leave with only a caretaker force in the country? It doesn’t make sense. Assad isn’t stupid, and despite what John McCain and his masters believe, neither are we. This latest attack again has false flag written all over it.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our main websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … TLB
