Ariyana Love is volunteering for Wikileaks and advocating to save their founder, political prisoner, Julian Assange, who is being witch-hunted and tortured at the hands of the UK, USA, Sweden and Australian governments. Julian is presently in the medical ward of Belmarsh prison where he was moved on May 30th, due to “prolonged exposure to psychological torture” and as a result of the rapid deterioration of his health, while in British custody.

Love received a letter from Assange. He’s only permitted to write four letters monthly from Belmarsh. Love was one of the recipients and explains the writing in detail with MOTR. Assange uncovered deception at the top levels of government and deemed a campaigner for truth in journalism — by others he’s considered a spy. Critics say WikiLeaks is not journalism and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo considered the organization a “nonstate hostile intelligence service” for leaking secret U.S. diplomatic wires in 2010.

Assange’s lawyer Mark Summers said the charges “were a full-fronted assault on journalist rights and free speech.” Assange will face a U.S. extradition hearing in February 2020.
Supporters, like my guest, explain that our rights and freedom of the press is at risk if Assange isn’t discharged. Additionally, she fears for his life as his health is deteriorating.
