Through the past decades, the war machine has transmuted itself by a sophisticated and systemic web, wars once fought on the battlefields, found their way into the political and social-economics of mainstream American communities and homes through the guise of the media, corporations, Hollywood, and other elite propaganda tools.
This machine used the mindsets of attorneys vs warriors on the battlefields, waging war against our soldiers who were put on battlegrounds to combat the foreign enemy, now fighting the tyranny of the hidden domestic enemies wearing the titles of politicians, generals, attorneys and other elites who belonged to an Anti-American Rule of Law.
America, is the home of the free because of the brave⏤Our nations warriors take the Oath to preserve and defend our U.S. Constitution and it’s people, by land, air and sea, yet the less than 1% of Americans who serve our great nation in uniform have not always been protected by the very laws they fought for, most especially during the previous administration.
Nearly 200 officers were purged from their military platforms by #44’s administration, because they disagreed with the radical take over, insidious agenda driven military cuts and downgrades, and the micromanaging of our battlefields.
During the Obama administration, there was a growing trend of imprisoned innocent military soldiers of every branch of service by those who aligned themselves with radical Un-American and Treasonous ways of the elites in charge, hoping to throw away the lives and futures of our greatest and most valorous.
This was indeed the political weaponization of our military, compartmentalized and infiltrated by the enemies from within to aid and abet those foreign entities to one day ambush the lands and people of America herself, while arming foreign countries, and allowing cartels to penetrate our borders, yes, our men and women of honor were fighting a criminal mafia, led by our former executive chief and his political-military misfits of tyranny, gang bangers and criminal cronies.
Dividing and conquering with false narratives and false flags, not the enemy themselves, but innocent Americans.
The forces of evil were strong, yet, President Trump is and has been doing all he can to draw out the domestic enemies from within, calling them by name, disarming them from their once powerful platforms and righting the wrongs they inscribed into history itself, freeing those innocent from the shackles once worn in the name of pawns.
The ramifications of injustice were and are still felt by the physical, mental and emotional struggles of our Veterans and military families as they’ve witnessed and heard one obfuscation after another in order to counter the laws of justice, yet accountability is now being restored and resurrected, one isolated tragedy at a time.
Most recently, President Trump pardoned another innocent Warrior who was imprisoned during the Obama Era. Michael Behenna, a former Army Ranger in the 101st Airborne Division convicted of murdering an Iraqi prisoner in 2009. Behenna, 35, was sentenced to 25 years in prison for “unpremeditated murder in a combat zone” after killing suspected al-Qaeda terrorist Ali Mansur. Behenna was paroled in 2014.
Before Behenna spent five years in prison for murdering the enemy, a suspected al-Qaida detainee, he was a rising military officer from a prominent law enforcement family.
Michael Behenna was an Army Ranger in the famed 101st Airborne Division, deployed to Iraq in 2007 at the height of the U.S. troop surge, leading an infantry platoon of 18 men. Behenna’s mother helped prosecute Oklahoma City bomber, Timothy McVeigh, his father worked as an FBI analyst and Oklahoma state investigator.
“Thirty-seven generals and admirals, along with a former Inspector General of the Department of Defense, signed a brief in support of Mr. Behenna’s self defense claim.
According to the Army Times, Washington – “President Donald Trump has pardoned a former U.S. soldier convicted in 2009 of killing an Iraqi prisoner the White House announced Monday, April 6, 2019.”
“Trump signed an executive grant of clemency, a full pardon, for former Army 1st Lt. Michael Behenna of Oklahoma, press secretary Sarah Sanders said, Behenna was convicted of unpremeditated murder in a combat zone after killing a suspected al-Qaida terrorist in Iraq. He was paroled in 2014 and has been scheduled to remain on parole until 2024.
A military court had sentenced Behenna to 25 years in prison. However, the Army’s highest appellate court noted concern about how the trial court had handled Behenna’s claim of self defense, Sanders said. The Army Clemency and Parole Board also reduced his sentence to 15 years and paroled him as soon as he was eligible.
Behenna’s case attracted broad support from the military, Oklahoma elected officials and the public, Sanders said. She added that Behenna was a model prisoner while serving his sentence, and “in light of these facts, Mr. Behenna is entirely deserving” of the pardon.
Oklahoma’s two Republican senators, James Lankford and Jim Inhofe, hailed the pardon, thanking Trump for giving Behenna ” a clean slate.”
Behenna acknowledged during his trial that instead of taking the prisoner home as he was ordered, he took the man to a railroad culvert, stripped him, and then questioned him at gunpoint about a roadside bombing that had killed two members of Behenna’s platoon.
Behenna, a native of the Oklahoma City suburb of Edmond, said the man moved toward him and he shot him because Behenna thought he would try to take his gun. Oklahoma’s attorney general first requested a pardon for Behenna in February 2018 and renewed his request last month.
Attorney General Mike Hunter said he believed Behenna’s conviction was unjustified because of erroneous jury instructions and the failure of prosecutors to turn over evidence supporting a self defense claim.”
There are other innocent and valorous warriors sitting in the brig at Leavenworth, although they are elated that Michael Behenna was pardoned by President Trump, they too pray their tragic stories will be heard and they will be pardoned by President Trump so they can walk back into their families arms and lives again.
This is a tragedy of injustice, the fact there are numerous American valor sitting behind bars in Leavenworth for doing their jobs as soldiers in the American military that was weaponized and bastardized them by those treasonous, who committed the highest degree of tyranny in the former political and military administrations.
Isn’t it time to reset the future of those who have already served their days in hell on earth?
