The Derek Chauvin Verdict is Just In — And The Left is Now Ready to Riot
Andy Ngo reports that Antifa plans to riot regardless of the outcome.

The jury has reached a verdict in the trial of former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin. The police officer was charged with murder and manslaughter in the death of George Floyd.
The verdict is as follows: Derek Chauvin is found guilty of second-degree murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter.
A mob had already assembled in anticipation of rioting over the verdict. The New York Times reported on the scene of the trial.
“When the alert went out from the court about 2:30 p.m. local time that a verdict had been reached and would read in an hour, residents, activists and journalists descended on the courthouse in downtown Minneapolis,” the Times reported. “For weeks, downtown had been eerily quiet, as buildings were boarded up and office workers stayed home. But suddenly on Tuesday afternoon there were traffic jams, and the green space in front of the court felt like an anxious street festival, with everyone waiting to see if the city would burst into celebration over a guilty verdict or explode into anger over another police officer being acquitted after killing a Black man.”
National Guard troops have been called to cities around the country to be on standby if there is more rioting over the George Floyd case. Andy Ngo reports that Antifa plans to riot regardless of the outcome.

The verdict comes after numerous high-ranking Democrats expressed their belief that the ‘right’ verdict would be a ‘guilty’ one.
On Saturday, Maxine Waters flew to Minnesota in the midst of a riot and called for ‘mob justice’ if there radicals did not get the ‘guilty’ verdict they demanded.
“We are looking for a guilty verdict,” Waters said. “We are looking for a guilty verdict. And we are looking to see if all of the talk that took place and has been taking place after they saw what happened to George Floyd. If nothing does not happen then we know.”
“We have got to not only stay in the street,” she added. “But we have got to fight for justice. But I am very hopeful and I hope that we are going to get a verdict that says ‘guilty, guilty, guilty.’ And if we don’t, then we cannot go away.”
She reacted to a left-wing activist that suggested the charge of ‘manslaughter’ was not good enough for a guilty verdict.
“Oh no, not manslaughter,” Waters replied. “No, no, no, no. Listen, listen. Guilty. For murder. I don’t know if it is in the first-degree, but as far as I am concerned, it is first-degree murder.”
When asked what people “should do” if the mob doesn’t get the justice it demands, Waters responded with a call to escalate the ‘confrontation.’
“We have got to stay on the street,” Waters said. “And we have got to get more active. We have got to get more confrontational. We have got to make sure they know that we mean business.”
The left has already begun the process of doxxing the jurors in order to illegally pressure them to reach the “right” verdict.
On Tuesday, Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar increased the pressure by saying the case was “closed” as far as she was concerned.

President Biden himself weighed in on the case while the jury was deliberating.

“They’re a good family, and they’re calling for peace and tranquility, no matter what that verdict is,” President Biden said. “I’m praying that the verdict is the right verdict, which I think, it’s overwhelming in my view.”
This is as clear a case of jury tampering as it gets. No matter what the verdict would have been in the Chauvin trial, the left was going to riot. That is because it is not about “justice” to the left, it is about weaponizing the courts to push its partisan agenda.
