The Supreme Court Once Again Fails Americans and Issues Devastating Ruling on Vaccine Mandates

The U.S. Supreme Court has once again failed to stand up for Americans’ God-given rights to bodily autonomy and control over their own health. The nation’s highest court, purportedly controlled by ‘conservative’ justices, rejected an appeal by workers in Maine who appealed a vaccine mandate.
“The Supreme Court has rejected an emergency appeal from healthcare workers in Maine to block a vaccine mandate that went into effect Friday,” the AP reported.
“Three conservative justices noted their dissents,” the AP noted. “The state is not offering a religious exemption to hospital and nursing home workers who risk losing their jobs if they are not vaccinated.”
“Only New York and Rhode Island also have vaccine mandates for healthcare workers that lack religious exemptions,” the report continued. “Both are the subject of court fights and a court has allowed workers in New York to seek religious exemptions while the lawsuit plays out.”
“Maine’s requirement was put in place by Democratic Gov. Janet Mills,” the report added. “A federal judge in Maine declined to stop the mandate, concluding that the lawsuit was unlikely to succeed. The Oct. 13 decision prompted a flurry of appeals that landed, for a second time, in the Supreme Court.”
“The Liberty Counsel, which filed the lawsuit, claimed to be representing more than 2,000 health care workers who don’t want to be forced to be vaccinated,” the report went on.
“Dozens of health care workers have opted to quit, and a hospital in Maine’s second-largest city already curtailed some admissions because of an ‘acute shortage’ of nurses,” the AP noted.
Justice Gorsuch dissented with the court’s ruling.
“Healthcare workers who have served on the front line of a pandemic for the last 18 months are now being fired and their practices shuttered,” wrote Gorsuch, joined by the two other dissenters. “All for adhering to their constitutionally protected religious beliefs. Their plight is worthy of our attention. I would grant relief.”
However, Justices Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh, two Trump-appointed justices, wrote an opinion concurring in the court’s denial.
There is no “public health” justification to force workers to take vaccines for the Covid virus. Employers and the government are ignoring natural immunity, as well as the latest research that shows that vaccinated people spread the Covid “Delta variant” as much or more than unvaccinated people.
There is no “science” to back up these vaccine mandates, only politics. If the Supreme Court is unable or unwilling or unable to recognize these basic facts, the country is definitely in deep trouble.

Bidens mandate is still not registered and even if it were he is only authorized to approve or veto actual LAWS passed by congress. Just like Biden, these governors have zero authority to create laws out of thin air. We’ve seen these battles with healthcare workers fighting to save themselves from getting these toxic jabs for decades. Where were they when children were being destroyed by the same jabs they gave to THEM? Indeed, no one cares until they are the ones facing these toxic injections. All of these healthcare workers willingly gave deadly CV treatment protocols to millions of americans. They willingly cut out all family and watchdogs as they murdered innocents in hospitals all over. They were ignorantly thinking they would be rewarded for helping an agenda of genocide. Now they are next in line. Bottom line is they have zero authority to force anyone to get injected. There is no case law that allows a governor to do this either. They need to make them fire them and then sue them. Hopefully their time off will make them all think about the lives they destroyed by just following “orders.”
