Behold The Filing Cabinet

Good MORNING! To wake up in the morning is a big plus when you consider the alternative. Reorganization is a healthy thing. Over the last few weeks I have had to reconsider the length and width of The Butcher Shop. When you realize that we started it as a filing cabinet you must understand that it was never planned that it would evolve into a blog and then to a publication institution.

Writing expertise is acquired mainly by running out of food.

I’ve made many mistakes along the way, mainly following the examples of others whom I admired while ignoring my own instincts learned from years of experience in public media. Writing expertise is acquired mainly by running out of food. Also, you must understand that to be a writer involves a certain amount of stupidity.

Only a fool would think that his (or her) ideas would sway another person’s opinion

Only a fool would think that his (or her) ideas would sway another person’s opinion. And only an idiot would ever think that they’d get paid for such lunacy. Enter the internet and the advent of mass psychosis. Now everyone thinks that they have the keys to the universe, and we never walked on the moon, Elvis ain’t dead, you ain’t going crazy, it’s all in your head! That, and the Democrats won Congress, so there’s that.

Verily Verily I say unto you there is nothing new under the sun

Verily Verily I say unto you there is nothing new under the sun (if you believe in the sun) but there are many variations thereof! Therein lies the problem. Freedom of speech. Freedom of speech is like the clap. Seems everybody’s got it. And they wanna give it to everybody else. So we are subjected to countless adjective storms penned by every wannabe philosopher who has a Facebook page and loads it up with wisdom picked up on YouTube.

So it was with The Butcher Shop. Traditionally The Shop takes all comers. From conservative to liberal, white to black, straight or not so straight. . . The Butcher Shop has ‘em all. And it WORKED! How do you think a filing cabinet devised by two guys who used to own a trailer court ended up with a collaboration with such entities as The Liberty Beacon, Quinton Productions, TLB Talk, Laramore Productions, Raging Elephants, and so many others that it’s impossible to count. We did it because it WORKED! Daddy don’t give you what you want, daddy gives you what you need!

We have made mistakes

We have made mistakes. Radio was a big mistake. I hate to be the first one to tell you this but nobody is listening out there. The hundreds of BlogTalk stations are just masturbation stations for callers to try to sell the latest green cheese from the moon, and the very moment someone like Roger Landry or Ted Clevenger takes to the air the show’s a stretch because Americans are allergic to four syllable words! Ergo . . . REorganization.

I will NEVER do another radio show again as long as I live!

I will NEVER do another radio show again as long as I live! Roger has invited me to shared ten minutes with him on RBN on Sundays, and since it’s him, and Sunday I’m like, what harm can it do? You know? But two hours of fielding calls at midnight while some drunk chick in the control booth runs her mouth. . . Hey! I’m just a simple ol’ boy from Austin. I’ll show you what you can do with that mouth!

And there is room for a whole lot more graves!

Aside from that we march forward. America will not be healed by conspiracy THEORIES. It will be healed by facts and hard words and work. You are going to lose your homes, your car, your dog, and your first born if you don’t figure it out because there ARE rich and powerful people out there who will take all those things if you don’t wise up, and you can’t wise up while you’re listening to radio personalities telling you that the graves at Sandy Hook are empty. They aren’t! And there is room for a whole lot more!

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
