Exceptional detail is shown of the beginning stages of the destruction of a thunderstorm near Central America. This was recorded at 11:15 AM PDT Saturday. Note the indents which expand into craters as we see the beginning stages of the superheating process, probably utilizing microwave energy:

  1. Why are they doing these things, l can understand if it helps to stop damages but what about places that really need the rain ?

  2. I watched the video about using phased array applications in inspection of welds. But I cannot really find the connection to geoengineering.
