Is the Shrunken Brain Epidemic Yet Another Contaminated Vaccine Cover-Up?
TLB Exclusive – By Staff Writer: Christina England
In recent months there have been a growing number of babies born with microcephaly or underdeveloped brains. The majority of these cases, which have now escalated to epidemic proportions, are said to be in South America, where approximately 4000 babies have been born with the condition since October 2015.
The condition, described by professionals as“shrunken brain disease,” is believed to have been caused by the Zika virus, a virus usually transmitted to humans by infected mosquitoes.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), obviously concerned about the growing number of cases being reported, wrote the following warning in their latest press release:
“CDC has issued a travel alert (Level 2-Practice Enhanced Precautions) for people traveling to regions and certain countries where Zika virus transmission is ongoing: Brazil, Colombia, El Salvador, French Guiana, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Martinique, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Suriname, Venezuela, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
This alert follows reports in Brazil of microcephaly and other poor pregnancy outcomes in babies of mothers who were infected with Zika virus while pregnant. However, additional studies are needed to further characterize this relationship. More studies are planned to learn more about the risks of Zika virus infection during pregnancy.
Until more is known, and out of an abundance of caution, CDC recommends special precautions for pregnant women and women trying to become pregnant.”
The Liberty Beacon believes that the CDC is right to be concerned, as the situation is growing more critical every day. However, we question whether or not a virus first discovered in 1947 and according to the World Health Organization (WHO), causes little more than a slight rash and fever, can suddenly be causing such devastating birth deformities.
Is There More to This Than Meets the Eye?
Just a few months ago, Health Impact News exposed that the CDC had decided to recommend a previously untested and potentially unsafe vaccination to pregnant women. They wrote:
“According to CDC paperwork, both the Tdap and the Dtap are vaccinations offered to pregnant women during pregnancy, supposedly to protect their newborn infant from contracting pertussis (whooping cough) in the first few weeks of life.
However, despite recommending these vaccinations to all pregnant women, the CDC readily admits in their own documentation that neither vaccine has ever been tested during pregnancy for vaccine safety and that they have no idea whether the vaccines could harm a growing fetus.”
To outline the truth and the sheer gravity of the situation, they continued by exposing a series of documents proving that the CDC were recommending the TDaP vaccine to pregnant women, without knowing whether or not this vaccine could harm the growing fetus. They wrote:
“In 2008, as recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) the CDC stated the following, at the beginning of the MMWR report, titled Prevention of Pertussis, Tetanus, and Diphtheria Among Pregnant and Postpartum Women and Their Infants – Recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP):
“Available evidence does not address the safety of Tdap for pregnant women, their fetuses, or pregnancy outcomes sufficiently. Available data also do not indicate whether Tdap-induced transplacental maternal antibodies provide early protection against pertussis to infants or interfere with an infant’s immune responses to routinely administered pediatric vaccines.
They continued:
“These few sentences alone indicate that this vaccine is clearly unsafe for pregnant women and that there is no data to suggest that this vaccine can offer early protection. The CDC further supports this perspective by providing the following information in the introduction of their report:
The safety and efficacy of using Tdap in pregnant women has not been demonstrated, and Tdap is not recommended for use in pregnant women in any country. No evidence exists of excess morbidity or any fatality among pregnant women ascribed to pertussis. No evidence exists demonstrating whether
*Tdap in pregnant women harms the fetus or increases risk for adverse pregnancy outcomes,
*transplacental antibody induced by Tdap administered during pregnancy will protect infants against pertussis, or
*Tdap-induced transplacental maternal antibody will have a negative impact on an infant’s protective immune response to later-administered routine pediatric DTaP or to conjugate vaccines containing tetanus toxoid or diphtheria toxoid.”

Despite knowing that the TDaP was an untested and therefore potentially unsafe vaccination in pregnancy, the CDC, in its wisdom, decided to recommend the vaccine for use in pregnant women to supposedly protect newborn infants from contracting whooping cough around the world. In 2014, the TDaP was not only recommended for use in Brazil but the vaccine was also made mandatory.
In a document titled Pertussis in young infants: a severe vaccine-preventable disease, author Marco Aurélio Palazzi Sáfadi wrote:
“In Brazil, the same phenomenon reported in other countries was also observed with increasing rates of cases, hospitalizations, and deaths related to pertussis in recent years. In 2013, 109 pertussis-related deaths were reported—a number 7-fold higher than the average number of deaths reported annually in the period from 2001 to 2010. More than 80% of the deaths occurred in infants younger than 3 months of age. To address this serious situation, in late 2014, the Ministry of Health announced the introduction of the Tdap vaccine for all pregnant women in Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama, Israel, New Zealand, and Belgium—among other countries—also implemented maternal vaccination programs for pertussis during pregnancy, following the examples from the US and the UK.”
Note: “Ministry of Health announced the introduction of the TDaP vaccine for all pregnant women in Brazil…”
This indicated the introduction of the vaccination for use in pregnancy, but it was unclear whether or not the TDaP had been made mandatory.
However, a quote found in a document written by Ricardo Becker Feijó, Juarez Cunha, and Lenita SimõesKrebsin 2006, strongly indicated that all vaccination schedules in Brazil were mandatory.
In a paper titled Vaccination schedule for childhood and adolescence: comparing recommendations, the authors stated:
“In Brazil the Health Ministry (HM) published its latest review of the Programa Nacional de Imunizações (PNI – Brazilian National Immunization Program) vaccination schedule in the form of a directive.5 This directive establishes that fulfillment of the schedule is mandatory and must be confirmed through vaccination certificates issued by public health services or private vaccination clinics, as long as they are compliant with relevant legislation. The certificate must identify the vaccinating institution, the immunobiological administered, the manufacturing laboratory and the batch number. It should be signed by the physician or nurse responsible for the service. As part of the PNI, the HM has set up Special Immunobiology Referral Centers (CRIE – Centros de Referência de Imunobiológicos Especiais) that provide expensive high-tech products and target a special segment of the Brazilian population who, for some reason, are unable to take advantage of the routine services and materials available through the public health system. At these referral centers, the conditions of patients can be evaluated and their requirements for vaccination and the most appropriate vaccination program established.”
Although this document was written before the introduction of the TDaP vaccination in pregnancy, The Liberty Beacon has been unable to find information to the contrary.
Bill Gates Gives $307,000 for Vaccine Studies on Pregnant Women
Interestingly, The Liberty Beacon have since discovered that in July 2015, Vanderbilt University in Nashville announced that they had received funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to study the immune responses of pregnant women who had received the TDaP vaccination. They wrote:
“Kathryn Edwards, M.D., director of the Vanderbilt Vaccine Research Program, has received a $307,000 grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to study the immune responses of pregnant women who receive the Tdap (reduced-dose acellular pertussis vaccines combined with tetanus and diphtheria toxoids) vaccine.
The grant, the program’s first from the Gates Foundation, will supplement an ongoing Vanderbilt-led study that is looking at the safety of Tdap boosters in pregnant women. The study is funded by more than $1 million in awards from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).” (own emphasis)
This proves that Health Impact News was spot on when they reported the following in 2015:
“However, despite recommending these vaccinations to all pregnant women, the CDC readily admits in their own documentation that neither vaccine has ever been tested during pregnancy for vaccine safety and that they have no idea whether the vaccines could harm a growing fetus.
In other words, by recommending these vaccinations to pregnant women, the CDC is fully prepared to use unborn babies as part of a massive vaccine experiment. What is even more worrying is the fact that, in doing this, they are potentially risking the lives of millions of unborn babies.” (own emphasis)
This leaves us to question whether or not the TDaP vaccine is responsible for the rise in cases of infants being born with underdeveloped brains.
Is Shrunken Brain Disease an Adverse Reaction to the TDaP Vaccine?
However, if shrunken brain disease has been caused by mothers being vaccinated with the TDaP during pregnancy, then we would expect to see a more widespread rise of babies being born with the condition and, as yet, the condition appears to be isolated to babies being born in South America, particulary Brazil.
Equally, if the condition is being caused by the Zika virus, as reported by the World Health Organization, then why are cases of shrunken brain disease once again typically isolated to Brazil?
In a series of maps that appeared in a report written by The Globe and Mail highlighting Zika affected countries, it is clear that, although currently the infection is isolated to Mexico and Brazil, previously the mosquitoes carrying the virus have been found in the US, China, India and Australia.
Therefore, we have a dilemma; if it is not the vaccine and it is not the Zika virus that is responsible for this tragedy to occur, then what is?
Could the TDaP Vaccine Being Used in Brazil be Contaminated?
In October 2014, reports from the Kenyan Catholic Doctors Association sent shock waves around the world. The reports stated that two to three million girls and women of childbearing age in Kenya had been vaccinated with tetanus vaccinations containing the anti-fertility hormone hCG, rendering them infertile.
This information was discovered after the vaccines being used in the campaign were sent for testing and came back positive for containing the hormone.
To learn more, please read African Women Injected With Vaccines Laced with Anti-fertility Hormones and listen to Dr. Ngare from the Catholic Doctors Association speaking live in an interview presented by The Liberty Beacon Radio Network.
Amazingly, this was not the first time that the hCG hormone had been found in tetanus vaccinations, and there have been papers discussing the use of the hormone in vaccines from as far back as 1992.
In 1992, the WHO, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the World Bank met in Geneva, Switzerland, to discuss the then-current status for the development of “fertility regulating vaccinations.” The minutes to that meeting were documented in a paper entitled Fertility Regulating Vaccines.
At first glance, it appears that the WHO had been discussing various methods of family planning with a variety of women’s health advocates and scientists from developing countries. On further reading, however, something far more worrying emerged.
During the introduction, the WHO discussed “fertility regulation” and how their specialist program would carry out activities to strengthen the research capabilities of developing countries, enabling them to meet their own research needs and participate in the global effort in human reproduction research.
The Meeting Takes a Sinister Turn
There were twenty participants at the meeting: ten scientists and clinicians from Australia, Europe, India and the USA involved in funding Fertility Regulatory Vaccines (FRVs) research; and ten women’s health advocates from Africa, North and South America, Asia and Europe, with backgrounds in immunology, service delivery and social and clinical research, as well as a wide experience of working with women.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss a new approach to “fertility regulation.”
On page 12 of the report, the groups can be found discussing the development of vaccinations against hCG, a hormone produced by the cells surrounding the early embryo and later by the placenta during pregnancy.
Primates are Rendered Infertile
The WHO stated that hCG is a hormone produced by the body to establish and maintain a pregnancy and further stated that when primates were vaccinated using anti-hCG vaccines, they were rendered infertile without any detectable alteration to their menstrual cycle!
What we at The Liberty Beacon project found even more worrying was the lack of information explaining whether or not their infertility was permanent or temporary.
According to the WHO, anti-hCG vaccinations were being developed independently by the National Institute of Immunology (NII) in New Delhi, the Population Council in New York and Development and Research Training in Human Reproduction (HRP).
The report stated that most of the work was still in the experimental stages; however, vaccines using other hormones had reached the clinical testing stages.
The Plot Deepens
On page 15, the report stated that it had been “noted that the research on all three anti hCG vaccines was still at an early stage and that a further 5-10 years of testing, evaluation and further development would probably be needed before any of these vaccines would be suitable for marketing.”
Nothing strange here; however, on page 17, alarm bells began to ring as the authors revealed that the main carriers being used in the prototype vaccines were the diphtheria toxoid DT and the tetanus toxoid TT.
In 1994, the WHO decided to put these vaccinations to the test and gave women from developing countries aged between 15 and 45 a tetanus vaccine containing the hCG hormone.
The vaccinations were first given to women residing in Mexico and the Phillipines. However, not long after the vaccinations were introduced, an organization known as the Comité Pro Vida de Mexico became suspicious of the protocols surrounding the vaccines and obtained several vials for testing. It was discovered that some of the vials contained human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), the exact same hormone that the WHO, the UNDP, the UNFPA and the World Bank had been discussing just two years earlier.
Yet Another Vaccine Found to Contain Hormones
In 2015, Health Impact News revealed that Dr. Ngare had told them that the Kenyan Conference of Catholic Bishops (KCCB) had discovered that yet another vaccination had been contaminated. He explained that the KCCB first became concerned about the current polio vaccination program after the tetanus vaccinations were found to be contaminated last year. He explained that the KCCB had informed the government, on releasing the final tetanus vaccine report in February 2015, that their support for any future vaccination campaigns would be on the condition that joint government/KCCB testing took place before, during and post-vaccination.
As they were in the process of negotiating joint testing, they took the liberty of collecting samples from the field from the new shipment for a vaccination campaign planned for April, before any immunization took place. Dr. Ngare explained that when the KCCB tested a selection of polio vaccines from the field, they discovered that two of the six vaccines tested contained estradiol.
He explained that while there have been no human studies to determine the effect that this could have on humans, in animal studies, when exposed to males, estradiol had been shown to damage the sperm-forming mechanism in the testes. Bearing in mind all of this information, The Liberty Beacon is interested to know whether or not the TDaP vaccine being given to ALL pregnant women in Brazil is yet another in a long line of contaminated vaccinations.
After all, Brazil is one of the thirteen countries targeted for population reduction outlined in section two of the document National Security Study Memorandum 200 (NSSM 200) – April 1974 titled PART TWO. POLICY RECOMMENDATIONS I. Introduction – A U.S. Global Population Strategy.
For this reason, The Liberty Beacon recommends the immediate testing of all TDaP vaccines currently being used in Brazil to find out exactly what they contain before any more young lives are damaged or destroyed.
