Alright… First… Right off the bat, an admission THAT IS AN OUTRIGHT LIE. LOL. This will not be the “Year in Review” but instead more-so about the last half year in review. A look back at 2023 since I started my ChristiTutionalist TM Politics podcast which has been corresponding with articles here on TheLibertyBeacon.com started back in June. Now, that too, A LIE, as indeed while likely to be “mostly” 2023 since June, but will likely “gloss over” some of the most recent pieces even if MY BEST EVER but indeed would already would, could, hopefully should, still be pretty fresh in your minds still – I will no doubt even break that intention and go back not only before June 2023, but back into 2022 also when I first started writing for TheLibertyBeacon.

Hard to believe it has been now over two Calendar years (2022, 2023) since I started writing pieces for TheLibertyBeacon.com and figured (like a Musical Artist) it might be time for a Greatest Hits Album (guess “JlenardDetroit Greatest Hits Vol. 2” since I already did the “Flashback” piece as “Greatest Hits Vol. 1”). LOL. But seriously, Thank You to all who have been with me the entire time, but certainly there have been some newer folks joining into my weekly Saturday drops more recently and who have no idea of some very important older items worthy of review.

Not to forget my ChristiTutionalist ^TM Politics podcast only started a few months ago (in June 2023) and that audience no idea of some older articles they really should check out (unless they’ve bought the ChristiTutionalist ^TM Politics “the book” which had a “First 50-ish TheLibertyBeacon pieces” sub-section in “Flashbacks” chapter there-in corresponding with my TheLibertyBeacon “Flashback” piece. That was also a chance to demonstrate my breadth-and-depth of variety of pieces (though all have a Political angle to them in some-way-shape-or-form), this go ‘round will limit to a few of the more “important” for whatever reason articles/shows…

“Norton v Shelby”

First let’s start with my TLB “Norton v Shelby” piece and CTP S1E8 Show as it is hopefully something we’ll be hearing something more about in 2024. An old case that has many abuzz again as a long lost, sadly forgotten, Court precedence that should have been used to bring Case after Case after new Case challenging Deep-State Agencies very legitimacy and existence, if not at least call in to question much of the clear expansion they’d engaged in wielding more and more power and control over “We The People” they were never intended to have. Again, many Agencies Un-Constitutional to begin with, but too way over “their bounds” as Chartered and Authorized by Congress to engage in.

Like, for instance, the EPA (as also discussed as part of a Savaged Unfiltered Show I was part of discussing Government over-reach) falsely claiming “Treaty of the Seas” to somehow claim they can over-reach into meddling within States and regulate and impose restrictions and/or dictate actions upon a Land-owner where ANY WATER FLOWS (a pond does not make a “protected Wet-land” automatically (nor the prohibition of the creation of a Creek, Pond, Pool, whatever, as a “run-off” or home-owner deciding to create a “man-made mini-lake” (as part of a water well/pump or “reservoir” system for own water collection/use) upon one’s own Property or not))?!?!? Ridiculous over-step into State jurisdiction, that would be an over-reach there-in with a State EPA even to begin with. Especially this notion that you can be prohibited from collecting Rain-water in a system for use for whatever your “deemed beneficial” to/for you.

In my Norton v Shelby piece and corresponding CTP S1E8 Show, I went into the key points of the Case, which I will not be repeating here in hopes that you’ll go back and either review that piece or listen to that Show – actually, hopefully, preferentially, do both. As, again, that Case is something that we need reference the precedence of/by/from in future Cases going forward we need bring up through the system and onto what should be a more “Constitutional” minded Supreme Court Of The United States (SCOTUS) to help us to if not outright eliminate many Deep-State Alphabet Cabinet Agencies at least help us REIGN THEM IN A BIT?!?!?

“Odds and Ends”

“Odds and Ends” was a fairly recent piece and was S1E18 Show, but I want to touch on because it covered several topics briefly that I had been wanting to deal with for a long time but had not gotten around to yet, and that many of the sub-pieces from within there later will go on to (like “God and Guns” already did, as the “2^nd Amendment” related section that was to be in their originally got stripped to keep the size of that piece “more reasonable” reading length, unlike this one that will probably get longer than it should (but you all know me, I am never at a loss for verbiage)) become much fuller pieces of themselves.

I had been speaking about “Big Pharma” issues, the need to Repeal the 17^th Amendment, and other topics for some time, but never got around to putting my “rantings” in an official written piece (outside of some RedState back-and-forth with some other fellow writers at RedState back when, but sadly many if not all of those pieces got scrubbed from that site now). I touched on “Border Security” as “National Security issue” (I had discussion with J. J. Carrell (former CBP) as part of CTP S1E18 “Odds and Ends” Show as supplement to my TLB “Bumbler-in-Chief Biden Wears His Blinders to the Border” article) a bit again there-in too.

“BiDUMBnomics”

“BiDUMBnomics” the original and part 2 were also fairly recent pieces as were the corresponding CTP S1E7 and CTP S1E9 Shows. Pretty obvious which side I come down on the issue.

#JoeBiDUMB and crew say… “#BIDENomics is WORKING!”

The FASCICRATS (normal Josef Goebbels lie, Lie, LIE, some more ‘til people believe the Gas-lighting, style) speaking TRUTH (don’t get upset, hang in with me here…) for a change. However, in usual Leftist fashion depends what the meaning of “IS” is (in this case “working” based upon what plans/standards?) again (twisting/warping language). Just because Useful-Idiots keep falling for the bait-and-switch, dealing in distractions, distortions, denials, and deflections, believing what they prefer to believe (because “it is ‘their truth’” (anyone uses phrase of “my truth” = “Leftist spin” – always) style and “that’s how I feel” bullshit WOKE preferences and propaganda) rather than the facts, does not change the reality we all have to deal with as a result.

Well, actually, YES, it is “working” (in the sense as was/is designed to work, NOT the bullshit pretzel-logic, provided padded stats or attempts to distort them (via the old “Lies, Damn Lies, and Statistics” adage perspective of Gas-lighting)) exactly as designed/planned – DESTROYING USA.

It is all about stealing more from you (via Taxes (why they need those 87k new IRS Agents to Audit lower and middle income peoples, as “the Rich” have high-powered Accountants and Lawyers to hide monies and LEGALLY use the Tax Code loopholes and ARE, despite Leftist rhetoric, paying the Taxes they are REQUIRED to pay within/under Law) or earning Power losses via #BIDENflation in this #BIDENrecession) and re-distributing to themselves, their #Friends, their #Family, their #Donors, etc. through more FASCICRATS Money-laundering.

“Twisting/Warping Language”

“Twisting/Warping Language” the original and part 2 were back from before I began ChristiTutionalist ^TM Politics podcast Shows, so there are no corresponding CTP episodes. Pretty obvious which side I come down on the issue.

First: If it has not become clear over all my writings here on The Liberty Beacon thus far, let me say so explicitly here: I will single out anyone, anytime, anyplace, for PRAISE (whether it be someone on the Left or the Right) if earnestly deserving in-my-opinion. Always about principles, not the “who said what” of it. Conversely, as I am a Christian Constitutionalist Conservate Republican I wish clear that I will call out for CRITICISM someone/anyone on my side (especially CINOs/RINOs) when deserving also (The Left / FASCICRATS are, of course, easy targets for criticism on a daily basis due to all the stupid delusional things they say and continued #EpicFail of any/all their Policy (“Shall know them by their Fruits” and NOT their empty-rhetoric fake intentions)).

I am not and will never, ever, be a hyper-partisan hack willing to “adjust” (triangulate) my positions for political expedience (though, yes, there are times for nuance, and yes, I always reserve the Right to change my mind on something on occasion). Right (political spectrum speaking) does not always make “correct” as they could have facts wrong, or indeed a hyper-partisan hack on our side (IMO, makes them as dishonest as a Leftist Snowflake) every bit as bad as the propagandists on CNN, the MSNBCilers, others of/in #ENEMEdia (as I coined the tag).
